The guys that came out were nice and half hearty attempted honor the sale. The issue is the sales people will lead you astray. Make sure and nail them down to the very last detail. Don’t allow them to fast talk you because they will.

we scheduled a service (basic wash and clean job) after we’ve just gone through a big move across the country with 3 small children. from the day we booked (i believe 2 days in advance or so) we did not hear from anyone so we just assumed the time would work. the night before my husband gets a text to reschedule the service later in the day which it totally fine i get it, who wants to wake up early anyways on the weekends. But the day comes and we get texts saying they’ll be later and later. an hour and a half later and someone shows up nonchalant. he tells us we purchased the wrong package and upsells as we did have pet hair and needed a steam job. our budget was $500 for a detail so although we were a little frustrated with the timing situation, we had no problem with paying for the other packages. My husband mentions that if he needs help putting the 3rd row seats down so he can clean the back, to let him know (our left side one is tricky sometimes). we said to let us know if he needs anything like a water or snack. he reaches out a few times just to show the difference in if we did not upgrade our package, what it would’ve looked like. after he finishes and leaves, i go to check the car out and when i flattened the 3rd row seats, it was still dirty and had pet hair all over it like it wasn’t even touched. Frustrating experience as it was our first time getting a full detail rather than cleaning it ourselves and that large part wasn’t thought about. besides that, i suppose the parts that he did clean were done pretty well on the interior, the exterior had dirt streaks in the back but not a huge deal. overall an okay job just not the best experience, had to clean the 3rd row myself afterwards.
We’re sorry we fell short; the late arrival, lack of communication, the unexpected upsell, and that the third row still had pet hair are unacceptable. We’re glad some interior areas met your expectations, but we understand how frustrating this was after a big move with three small children. We’d like to make it right with a complimentary re-clean of the third row and any missed spots or a partial credit if you prefer; please contact our service team using the number on your booking confirmation or by replying to the text you received so we can schedule it promptly. We tried giving the company a chance to remedy the poor service, but instead they’ve chosen to ignore us. We had a dirty vehicle from two road trips with our children and hired to have it detailed, with adding on headliner treatment, pet hair, and steaming, all of which wasn’t done. The car was mediocrely vacuumed, most panels not even whipped off, windows streaks on every window, etc. Photos depict what took them 4 hours and they found acceptable for $387 service. We have multiple services done a year and have never had a business perform this poorly. This is a reflection of the owner, not the technician.

Incorrect on the first statement, my wife did not ask your technician to leave. You told your tech on speakerphone that he had 45 minutes to finish the job, whether the car was clean or not. We asked him after the phone call if he could do it in time, he told us that it wouldn't make a difference to the car and he agreed to leave instead. I have text message and receipt proof that you guys asked us about the head liner and pet hair, where we accepted them, and you then charged us for those (reminder that you guys didn't do the work but charged us). There is no disconnect here. You told your tech that you would call right when he left. You then charged my card roughly 2 minutes after getting off the phone with him and before ever attempting to reach us for a solution. I called you, your office, and your technician about 6 times total, 4 of those you guys sent me to voicemail. Only when I called from my wife's phone did your assistant answer and said you'd call me back - you never did.
As an owner , I’m never happy with getting a poor review or low quality work. I appreciate your honesty and candidness that will help strengthen our SOPs for service. I am however very confused because your wife asked my technician to leave when he was still touching up the areas you were concerned about. I’m also confused because head liner clean wasn’t purchased, but you declined our suggested services along with pet hair removal. I think there is a big disconnect in communication here. I hadn’t gotten a chance to even call you and you dropped a 1 star after your wife asked my technician to leave. What a fun experience for both of us !

They did pretty bad job on my truck paint finish after detailing. i've tried to contact them since 12/8/25 and no answer. I really don't recommend this company. I want my money back or fix paint finish.

Noah and Bert did an incredible job. Got my wife's SUV detailed for her birthday and they did such a good job that I contacted them again a couple weeks later to do my truck as well. Made the truck look brand new! I honestly don't remember ever seeing the chrome wheels sparkle like they do after Noah and Bert cleaned them up.
