Ben and Chad were fantastic to work with. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, helped me lock in a great interest rate, and made sure we hit my target monthly payment. Everything was ready to go well before closing, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This was my second loan with Ben, and I’ll definitely be working with him again when it’s time to refinance.
Bill and Ryan were great. They were always available to answer any questions we had. They stuck with us through a lengthy search for a home, providing multiple pre approval letters. They continued to reach out to us during the ten months we were in a lease with an option to buy. As soon as the seller was ready to sell, they quickly got started in the escrow process. I highly recommend them to anyone.
