I have a million things I could say, but I’ll try to keep this short. Chris, I’ve never met, Tommy however has been the one that has assisted me from the jump about 5 months ago. I have a saltwater store about 45 mins away, but I prefer to go to the is one so much so I drive a hour and a half just to go there. I’ve been every weekend since the process started and have and still continue to have a million questions. Tommy is the most humble, kindest, person I’ve ever met in customer service. He’s helped me from starting up my very first saltwater tank to cycles, to first fish, keeping perimeters good, showing me the does and donts, telling me what will and won’t go together, to help me, not to just make a buck. Now I’m just starting into corals and he’s right back to having to listen to my trillion questions, and oh my Gosh what do I do now’s!! They stay in touch through their store messenger if needed and has ALWAYS done me right and fair with fish, clean up crew, foods he recommends and now corals. Never had any sick fish come from the store, never had a hick-up. For a first timer in saltwater, little own now jumping into corals to be so successful I contribute to Tommy. I luv him, he’s awesome, and the store is awesome. Even if you aren’t getting into the hobby say right now, just go take a look in their store. All the beautiful corals are like a mini Christmas dream village!! The prices are fair, the service is awesome, the knowledge is (keeping a newbie going) soooo in conclusion, if you r thinking about, on the fence or even already in the hobby dont waste your time and money going any other place!!!! We love this store!! LOVE YOU TOMMY AND IM SURE ID LOVE CHRIS IF I EVER MEET HIM!!! Don’t waste money, go to Aquatic Gallery!!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️ 🐠 🪸. I could say a ton more but I’ll spare you reading a book about how awesome they and this place is.

Every “conversation” you were so bothered by was literally our staff doing their job - answering real questions for real customers. You weren’t ignored. You weren’t forgotten. You simply weren’t first, and your ego couldn’t handle that.
Instead of acting like an adult and speaking to someone, you left the store and created a brand-new account for the sole purpose of posting a dishonest review. That tells us everything we need to know about the kind of tactics you thought would get you what you wanted. We know exactly what you were hoping to achieve - an online pressure play to make up for the fact that your attempt at “negotiating” in-store didn’t go the way you expected.
Here’s the reality:

Only visited a handful of times but each visit is thrilling and enjoyable. It is a very welcoming environment. They are constantly making improvements and have big visions for this business. Can't wait to walk alongside their journey. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I've messaged several times since leaving the store just for general information and help. They put a ton of research into all of their critters. It's not often you go in an establishment and everything is healthy and happy!

I just visited this store today and wow! All the coral I seen in the three large display tank were all healthy and had excellent polyp extension. The pricing was also excellent. They have pieces from small frags all the way up to large colonies. The owner is very knowledgeable in corals and fish. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store. It’s well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive it took to get there.

Very helpful staff. Great selection. Ill be a customer as long as they have their doors open. Phenomenal coral selection as well and one of the few stores I've found to purchase straight salt water I needed!

When I travel for work, I always try and stop at the local shops. This has to be one of the best I've been to. Huge home grown selection at great prices. Chadwick was very helpful and patient. I'll definitely stop by next time I'm in the area.

I loved all their fish, and they had very cute pins! I can see their animals are well taken care of, and everything was fairly priced! (The Watchman Goby was my favorite)
