I am sorry I parked my van at the end of your driveway for two hours. That must have interrupted your morning routine and ruined your day. I will try to be more careful in the future. If you can recall our conversation on the phone, I am a volunteer firefighter that responded to a call for a citizen in cardiac arrest at 4:27 AM. I arrived before the ambulance and parked down the street from the call address to leave room for the ambulance. The medic in charge on the ambulance asked me to assist with patient care on the way to the hospital, to which I obliged. I was at the hospital sanitizing our equipment when you called. The ambulance crew kindly brought me back to my van and I returned to my paying job 2 hours and 5 minutes late.

Great experience with Aquanology! Communication is wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
They installed a unit in our home in a timely manner and came a few months later to check it over to make sure everything is still working as it should.

I wasn't really sure what to expect, but those expectations were significantly exceeded. The initial visit and water tests were super informative and communicated in layperson's terms; I learned a lot! We were also impressed by the option tailored to what we want; very customer-centric. The installation was quick and really well done. And my coffee has never tasted better! Good-bye mineral build-up!

Had them come out to our newly purchased home to inspect and explain the water system. We had easy communication and they showed up in a timely fashion. Mathew was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and performed multiple tests to insure the system was operating properly. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I requested a consult with Aquanology regarding my water softener system. I was throughly impressed with Matthew’s knowledge. He did a complete battery of tests and reviewed and adjusted the softener control head. He is also very personable. The costs for testing was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Aquanology.

I had Aquanology install the system as part of a larger project my company was doing, I got multiple quotes and Mathew was by far the best, he was professional, knowledgeable and personable.
The pricing was fair and they did the install within a few days of quoting the project. Lamar was the installer and he did some clean work! Everything was installed professional and neat, Lamar also talked through the operation of the system and the warranty process, he clearly knew what he was doing and I felt very confident with his work.
I couldn't recommend this company more, if you need any type of softener or purifier these guys will take care of you for a fair price, and they are also a smaller company so it's easy to get ahold of anyone if you have any questions.

I am very grateful that I was referred to Aquanology who provides reverse osmosis and water softener systems. They are a small locally based company with outstanding customer service. We had both the RO & water softener systems installed and are more than satisfied with their reliability and finished work.
