Zac was recommended to us for an emergency call out and by chance lived quite near us. He was round in under 10 minutes on a Saturday and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He stayed around to monitor the boiler and make sure everything was ok and his emergency call out fee was reasonable. Recommended.

Great service, would highly recommend. Was quick to identify the problem, order (and pick up) the replacement part and resolve the issue all in a matter of hours. Clearly explained the issue(s), costs incurred and next steps following the repair. Was the first time I’ve called upon Zac’s services and won’t be the last (although hopefully not too soon!)
Dishonest and over charged.
Will try and keep it short and simple. Called to ask about a heater issue and a Honeywell port we needed replacing. Was told the call out call was £85, came to check our radiators then he said he doesn't have the Honeywell port so will quickly go home and pick up from his house as he has supplies at home - then came back and replaced. We were overcharged with our overall invoice. (charged £100 for call out call and over charged for the part double the cost) When we called to discuss, he then said do we want the £15 difference back and he then lied about saying the reason why we paid so much for the part was because he went to the shop to buy it (this was 8.30pm) I did not even want to waste my energy and argue to explain and call him a liar as he clearly said to me and my husband that day that he is popping home to collect the part. If we had some sort of honesty, we would have been happy to use again, so wouldn't recommend.

Zac is so knowledgable and is our go to guy for anything heating or plumbing related - we’ve used him since getting a service done on our boiler when buying our current house, so he knows our system, house and growing family! He always explains and shows what the issue is and is quick getting back to you. Thankfully he’s close to our age so isn’t going to retire too soon 😁 plus - he’s a genuinely nice guy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends, family - or anyone in fact!
Truly exceptional. After what felt like an eternity of to-ing and fro-ing between reputable heating engineers who were unable to fix an intermittent heating issue, I contacted the team at AquaGas.
They identified and carried out remedial action in a highly efficient manner, at exceptional speed and at short notice. I was kept informed of all issues throughout the diagnostic/repair process with an eye to ensuring that my costs were kept to a minimum.
I, and my tenants, cannot thank them enough for the service they provided and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with heating issues.
I was given Zac’s contact number after being let down by a number of other heating engineers. His administrator was quick to respond to my online enquiry and Zac was with me at 8.00am the following morning. My heating was fixed by lunch time. I work with children and am passionate about teaching skills to the next generation, Zac had an apprentice with him who he spent time teaching as well as questioning his knowledge - it’s a small thing and irrelevant to my heating being fixed but I admired his desire to pass on his knowledge. Overall, I was very impressed with Zac’s efficiency and professionalism. He will be my go to heating engineer from this point on.

Do not use this company!!!!!! They don’t tell you there is a hidden £50 charge just to look at your boiler, but add it to the invoice. They also don’t tell you in advance it is pay the same day. As soon as the plumber left I got pinged an invoice saying payment was due immediately and sent a text. Next morning less than 24 hours after job I got pinged more emails and text messages saying the bill was overdue and a phone call from the plumber asking why I hadn’t transferred the money. I said I would transfer money when my partner got home from a business trip. Very aggressive response right from the moment they ping the invoice over. When my partner queried the £50 charge just look at boiler I had not been told about and couldn’t find on website response very aggressive. Keep texting and emails in the evening and weekends!!!!!!! Check your charges with them before you let them come out!!!

Great to have a heating engineer you can trust 100% to do a thorough job. Zac explained what he was doing and why. The price was very reasonable for the work carried out.

My immersion heater was not releasing water to my hot taps. I rang Zak because of his great reviews. He arrived at the time we had agreed, his friendly and professional attitude were excellent. He was efficient in his task, and gave good advice to solve my problem. Half an hour later, I have hot water again, and at a better than fair cost. I am extremely pleased with Zak's service and would not hesitate to hire again. If there's anyone better out there, I would be very surprised.
Zac isn't a quitter once he has set his mind up on a problem, he will stay with it until it is sorted . I Would certainly recommend him to anyone who has a problem with all of central heating and plumbing aspects that are a worry to people. I have just seen this determination to fix my heating system and I have to rate him 5*****
