Wow! I could not be happier with the service provided by Aqua Fill Pool Fill. I called them at 4pm on a Friday, and they were at my house at 730 am on Saturday, ready to work! They were professional, kind, friendly -- and the water they delivered looks beautiful. I can't wait to take the kids swimming! Did not call before coming. Filled pool and did not tell us that a pool pole was not off. Making it very difficult to fix after filling pool. Bad communication.

Hello Angelica. We apologize for any miscommunication. Based on our records, you mentioned it would be okay to arrive the day before your scheduled date if availability allowed. There was no mention of calling first. Since that wasn’t possible, we arrived on the originally scheduled day between 7:30 am - 8:00 am.  While on-site, we noticed the pool pole issue and knocked on the door to alert you. A gentleman responded and kindly assisted with the connection. We pride ourselves with excellence in service and always welcome calls to address any miscommunications.

This is an outstanding pool water company!! We have used them for three years. The pool store where we buy our water treatment chemicals always comments on the great quality of their water. They are on time and responsive. When I have had questions or concerns, the manager/owner has been very helpful. I can also attest that these are good humans. We recently put up a pool for a young friend with cancer who had always wanted one. She and her mom are regularly having to travel to Texas for treatment at MD Anderson PLUS her stepfather is battling pancreatic cancer at the same time so, needless to say, resources are being strained to the maximum! Aquafill ended up donating the water for their pool. That kind of human kindness means everything at times like this!!
