Hi,I have been with Aptus for 18 months now and never had any problems. In the beginning when I was getting the broadband set up ,they were very helpful. Very easy to deal with on the phone.Just renewed my contract with them for another year and dealt with Nathalie,who was very helpful.

I've been with this company for many years now, long before fibre became available. After a few experiences with hit and miss coverage with other companies I found Aptus. The experience with Aptus has always been positive, when I had, or thought I had, a problem they were there on the phone to listen, advise and inform. Because of this I decided to wait until Fibre was available from Aptus and I'm still reaping the rewards of that decision. From Tech Support to Sales the service has been excellent, super helpful and patient with the "technically challenged" ie me. I have never regretted signing up with Aptus and have just upgraded again, happy to support Local! Thanks again Aptus!
Been a customer for 10 years. My service was down several times in the past 10 days. Most recently, it was down for more than 12 hours. Sent multiple emails to their support. No answer whatsoever. Service came back, but, is now sporadic and unreliable. Still no response from them. Guess they take their long-term customers for granted. Going to look elsewhere for broadband service.
Hi.
Just had your Engineer Philip visit my home and carry out some changes to my system.
This guy is highly knowledgeable and anxious to satisfy the customer. He has made a few adjustments to my set-up and the results are brilliant. Speeds and signal strength are up and he checked absolutely everything was working as it should before he left.
Aptus is a premium company to do business with and Philip is a credit to himself and to Aptus.

Outstanding service - intalled 5 days before Covid Lockdown the service has been near perfect. Support is super helpful and they always let you know if there is an issue on the network

5 months after cancelling with this company, they are now looking for their box to be posted back despite saying when cancelling someone would collect same within 2 weeks. Very poor experience after cancelling . They are not competitive when fibre broadband being offered very competitively by other companies. Also while we did have it often periods when it was down and no reduction in monthly fee to reflect same.
Overpriced, poor service. When fibre finally came to the area I was glad to be getting rid of aptus. Then when an "engineer" came to remove the equipment he left the place in a mess. Wall where the dish bracket was installed was in bits. Nuts, washers etc just thrown on the ground around the yard.
They're absolute cowboys. AVOID!
Absolutely terrible company. Charging me for a service I don’t have, and threatening with court. I upgraded to “fibre optic” speed, and they had to come and install cables in my gardens and they didn’t do the job properly. They ruined my gardens and part of my expensive wood decking.
Trust me, I’m going to take you to court and I have the means. I’ve been with you for over 7 years, never complained about the slow internet I was receiving. Now they’re charging me for having Fibre Optic speed, and the job is yet to be completed! No. Absolutely rude customer “service” Stay away from this company because as soon as there’s a problem, they’ll be quick to side against you and place the blame on you, even when it’s clear that they’re in the wrong. I even have photos which shows the work being carried out was in fact incorrect.
