Having had the opportunity to use other caregiving companies, I can say without doubt that this is the best I have encountered. Management is very responsive, their communication platform is outstanding and the caregiver assigned to my wife is very good, well trained and caring.

I cannot say enough great things about "A Precious Elder Home Care" services. From Malia, the owner, to Bryan and Neil, members of her staff along with the highly qualified and professional caregivers this Company provides, well, that is exactly why I have given them a 5 Star rating! My 87-year old mother suffered a massive stroke and heart attack which has rendered her bedridden, aphasic and blind. I initially went through an agency which was not up to par. I called Malia and right away she came out to assist me and get my Mom the care she needs. This agency is always available via text or by phone. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonable and honest. I highly recommend "A Precious Elder Home Care" whether you need full-time care for your loved one, like I do for my Mother or just respite care. They have put this worried and anxious daughter's mind at ease. I've actually been able to leave the house and go out and enjoy my life! My mind is at ease now that I have utilized this agency's services. 5 Star rating all of the way!!!

After going through a couple of different agencies and caregivers for my father, I came across A Precious Elder. Their immediate response time, follow up, thorough background and reference checks of their caregivers are only part of what makes them be such a wonderful fit for our needs. I so appreciate how several of the staff reached out, introduced themself in person and replies to all my questions, concerns and scheduling changes in such a quick and respectful manner. Although we initially paid out of pocket while the paperwork was getting finalized, they now cover expenses through the Veterans since my dad is a retired Navy captain. I am so grateful that we chose A Precious Elder to care for our dear friend Victor. He was alone in this country at the time with terminal cancer. Malia was flexible and patient with us when our independent friend was reluctant about needing help. When his cousin arrived from Argentina, he was impressed by the excellent quality of the caregivers. All the caregivers were especially matched to his situation. I own a homecare agency 2 hours away. Knowing firsthand how imperative it is to provide exceptional service and offer solutions to clients and families in their most vulnerable moment, I was so impressed with the quick response time of Zack, one of the owners. Not only was he responsive, he took the time to ask questions about a client in need. I can certainly tell they are not just in the business if selling a service. They care about WHO the client is as a whole and then offer solutions from there. I also do follow ups with my clients and I can tell you they are extremely happy!
