In the beginning of October my bathroom counters were damaged due to flooding from the roof. I live in a condo by myself in Hobe Sound, Florida and was going to handle my claim by myself. I began to be overwhelmed and my neighbors downstairs recommended Ocean Point and Eli Goins to me. The neighbors had had several claims handled by Ocean Point and Eli. I immediately felt better upon signing with him. Eli made it clear and simple and literally took everything off my shoulders. His assessment to the insurance company included much more than I expected. It turns out there was mold and the shower and floor were impacted. He kept updating me regularly. We needed to go into mediation and that process was very successful. Even after Eli deducted his percentage, I received much, much more than I had anticipated. I can’t recommend this company more highly and certainly if I ever have another issue, they would definitely be my choice.

Weeks after our home was badly damaged by the Oct 19 2024 Hobe Sound Tornado, we engaged Eli Goins of Ocean Point Claims as our public adjuster. Eli immediately responded with a complete assessment of the damage, which proved to be much greater that we recognized. Eli stayed with us through the entire process, from filing a claim, interfacing with our insurance company, coordinating temporary repairs and damage remediation. This process took nearly 9 months to resolve and Eli took the lead through the entire duration. The result was a much better settlement that we every expected. Engaging Eli was the best decision we could have ever made.

Ocean Point (Jacob More) was there to help with ourr Roof Insurance Claim. Worked with our Insurance Company and when the insurance company refused , Jacob explain options. NO MONEY PAID BY US TO Ocean Point If fwe didn't get paid. I already had three quotes to replace our roof.( We had ro replane) h We replaced our roof and paid for the roof out of pocket . 1. MEDITATION ( Insurance Company Still Refused) IF NO RESPONSE. 2. Lawyer( Proceeded With A Lawyer) NO Upfront Money Paid) I knew and Jacob explained it might take some time Jacob's company Ocean Point took care of everything. . A friend of mine recommended them to me, so I went with them. This was a good decision since my insurance company decided they didn’t want to pay for the roof. They nickel and dimed, so Anthony was able to get with them for more. They also gave Anthony a hard time, so he had to get an appraiser involved. They were able to get more to the claim. I would call them again. After this whole ordeal I am contemplating moving to a different insurance carrier. Thanks again Anthony!!
