Prompt appointment for diagnostic on our dryer and then back two days later to install new parts and complete the repair. Excellent customer service.

The appointment was easy to set and I was provided updates throughout the day on when the technician would arrive, costs, and how long. They easily worked around my tenants schedule and she was pleased with the work on the dryer.

The first thing that caught my attention were their 5-star ratings and all the great reviews. The second thing that stood out to me was that they’re open from 8am to 9pm, which is incredibly convenient (not sure if there’s appts after 4pm).
Their customer service over the phone was excellent, the lady who helped me was very detailed, polite, and patient. I actually think I called and didn’t get an answer at first, but about 10 minutes later they called me back, which was amazingly fast follow-up.
The technician, Jony, who came to help us with our washer, had great work ethics, a lot of knowledge, and was very kind and respectful. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly.
I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and the service they provided. Highly recommend!
