Shattered my oven door Sunday night. The guy got back to me that same night, I dropped it off that night, it was ready to pick up Thursday. $200 bucks. For reference, another place wanted $129 for just a "diagnostic fee". Not even the cost of repair itself. Quick, friendly service at a fair price.

Dimitri did a fantastic job repairing our fridge. He gave a clear explanation of why it was not working, did a thorough job repairing it and letf everything spotless after he had performed the work. Working with water and ice can get messy. I highly recommend him.

We have the Terra kaffe espresso machine and the company refused to figure out what was wrong.. luckily we found Dmitry. He figured out what was wrong, now it works like new. Very trust worthy, and great pricing. Would recommend for any repair!

We had a power surge that caused our oven to break. When Dmitriy arrived, he spent a lot of time trying to assess the source of the problem. He determined that it was one of the control boards and promised to research the least expensive place to purchase a new board. Later that day, he sent us a link to purchase and told us that if it didn't work when he came back to install it, he wouldn't charge us. Who does that??? He came back on Memorial Day (yes, that's right) and installed the new part and it worked. We gladly paid him for his labor and now have an oven that worked better than before. In the receipt, Dmitriy outlined an explanation of the issue and all the steps he took to find the problem so we could file a claim with Xcel Energy. We haven't heard back from Xcel yet, but the time he took and his thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. By far, Dmitriy is the best service person we've ever had in our home — so much so that we have never written a review, but had to do it this one time.

We had great experience using Appliance Repair Pro for Dishwasher and Dryer related issues. First, their services are fairly priced. Secondly, their customer service aspect is outstanding. Contacted them on Saturday and got the technician visit scheduled on following Monday. Technician could not fix the Dryer issue first time and the owner, Dimitriy came out to fix the issue. Turned out to be that our lint trap filter was inhibiting air flow. He showed how to diagnose the filter related problem and cleaned the filter with water and soap to fix the issue. He also helped resolve an ignition issue with the gas stove top, at no charge. They also followed up next day to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for your future needs.

Dmitriy was fast and informative! We were having some issues with our dryer, and he knew what was wrong in the first 10 seconds. He also cleaned out the lint as it was causing some imbalance issues! He then verified that all of the issues were fixed before leaving! Highly recommend!
