Awful communication and customer support. Was told my issue would be fixed on Wednesday after calling on Sunday, my issue was attempted on Saturday and now I can’t get ahold of the technician, the number on my invoice leads to a plumbing company and the number to dispatch won’t talk to me and tells me I need to “wait for a call back” and ends the call within two minutes. Not happy at all.

Unprofessional and unclear service 2 brown guys arrived in an unmarked brown van. They walked right in without knocking and not taking off their shoes, talking in their language. They said right away it was the thermostat which it was not. He quoted us $250 to fix and not in writing. When I said no, they changed the price to $215 and they would not leave until a payment of $85 was given. I know I was just scammed by this company. They were very rude and not friendly at all. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. I would give no stars if I could. I expected better identification and clarity from a service provider. NEVER deal with this company. They are pathetic

Misdiagnosis led to unnecessary expense Nick misdiagnosed my Sub Zero wine fridge issue, suggesting an unnecessary $1600 control board replacement within 20 minutes. After confirming with the manufacturer that the current board was fine, I called for clarification but received no response. A second repair service replaced the thermistor for $180, and the fridge has been working perfectly since. The lack of communication and incorrect diagnosis were extremely frustrating.
