Had them in to repair an ice maker in my refrigerator. They looked at it for 5 minutes and said it needed parts costing $350 plus labor. I paid for the parts and they came back and installed them. They said it would take 24 to 48 hours for ice. No ice after 2 days so I called and they said they would be back the next (Saturday). They did not show up. I called and they said they would be there Sunday and they did not show up. Now it is Tuesday and I am out $550 and no ice. They are not qualified to diagnose the problem and are just throwing parts at it. I do not recommend them
Had these guys come and fix my lower oven. They gave me one price when they first ordered the part and then when they removed the oven to install it they discovered it was the wrong piece and charged me another $200 for the “correct piece”. When they removed the microwave /oven they damaged the cabinet and the other bottom piece of the oven. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to get the bottom piece replaced. Worst appliance repair!
We had the company come out and service our washer. They ordered the parts and stayed in communication about the estimated time the part would come in and scheduled the repair in a timely manner.
Our technician was friendly polite and very professional.

Very disappointed
Appliance Doctor Pros were called to repair an ice maker in a GE Refrigerator. They came and looked at it quickly and said it needed parts about $350 in parts which I had to pay so they could order the parts. They returned 3 days later with the parts and put them in and said the it would take 24 hours to see some ice. 36 hours later, no ice. I think they are just throwing parts at it rather than diagnosing the problem, so far I have a new ice maker and a new water valve and no ice. I will call them back because I am now $500 into this but I don’t trust them and won’t use them again. I wrote an earlier favorable review and could not figure out how to edit it.

Tommy and Victor may have been clean and polite, but they do not know how to fix the ice maker on the refrigerator. New part was installed yesterday, and it still is not making ice 24 hours later. They wanted me to tip them too! When I said I would not tip, they pushed to have me do a google review on their work. I felt pressure in doing the review. The gas stove was fixed.

Believe the bad reviews
The bad reviews are accurate. These guys are border line scammers. I had a stove that needed a new oven fan. It was a $125 part, its pretty straight forward and I told them that when I initially called. I even provided the parts number to the fan replacement, just in case they can get one. Two guys show up in separate cars, come in with a tool box I had when I was 10 years old. Both guys barely spoke fluent English. One guy wore crocs. I knew right away I was in trouble. The crocs guy was standing over the stove for a few minutes and was pushing all the buttons and turning the knobs. I walked over to see what he was doing and he asked me if I can turn the stove on for him. I turned the stove on, we see the flame coming out the wrong way from the vent and the fan clearly not working. He closed the door and started to look for the label with the model number, he couldnt find it, so I had to tell him where it was. These guys had no clue what to do. Crocs guy was working up a quote on his phone, gave me a reasonably high price and said it will be a few days before they can get the part and come to repair. Meanwhile I had ZERO faith this was going to get fixed by them but yet I was held captive to pay the assessment fee. It was $89 dollars and their website says you get $20 off. BUT.....their quote to repair was just about $250, not including the part. So either pay the $69, and they leave, or I take the risk and have them repair it and not lose that money, even though they had no clue what to do. Next day I get a phone call telling me they cant get the part because it was back ordered and would be days possibly and they offered a full refund for half the cost I had to pay upfront. This just confirmed they where in over their heads and were not going to be able to fix this, which I knew. I had another company come out, they took the stove apart, made sure it was the fan, ordered a new one and came back the next day to fix it. It wasnt back ordered at all. Meanwhile I am still waiting on getting my credit back. So why label them as border line scammers? If you send two people out and they have no clue what to do, you are at the mercy of the assessment fee, knowing they have no clue and you are now faced with a huge risk of them actually attempting to fix it, only to make things worse potentially. So as bare minimum, they walk with their fee.
