They’ve had my brand new comforter for three months. No one will answer the phone. Or, when they do, they tell me that cleanings are “backed up” and they don’t know where my comforter is. I’ve gone in there twice and they’ve given me the same answer. No one knows where it is and they’ll “call me when they do.” It’s been silence for three months. Three. Months.
They still have one of my shirts at the Pointe 400 drop box. I don't know how to get a hold of them. Even then, they are WAY too expensive.

This was the first time I used Apple Cleaners. I brought in my husband’s winter coat which had been left in the garage all summer. It looked like a crumbled up rag. I couldn’t believe what a great job they did on that coat. Looked like new! Staff was very friendly and professional too.
