Went there back in May, absolute excellent service and can recommend 12 out of 10 times! I dealt with two gentlemen who managed to save me in the shortest of times, as I needed to get my university transcript apostilled for Austria within a few days. I was able to book an appointment with short notice before arriving in London and the appointment itself only lasted a few minutes. The next day the documents were ready for pickup. The cherry on top was that they recommended me an option which I wasn't aware of and thereby saved me almost a 100£! They could not have told me and charged me more, but opted for an honest approach, absolute class!

I used London Apostille Services for an ACRO & ICPC Apostille sold as an “Express Next-Day Service.” I selected and paid a premium for this option specifically because the wording clearly implies a next-working-day, end-to-end turnaround.
While the service was ultimately completed — communication was clear, the apostille was issued, a scanned copy was provided, and the original documents were dispatched and delivered — the “Express Next-Day” description is materially misleading in practical terms.
In reality, the timeline is heavily dependent on FCDO cut-off times and third-party logistics, meaning that a next-day outcome is conditional and not guaranteed, even though this is not made sufficiently clear at the point of purchase. These constraints only become apparent after the order has been placed, which significantly undermines the expectation created by the headline service description.
Operationally competent, but the marketing terminology overstates and misleads the speed of delivery and risks setting unrealistic expectations for time-sensitive cases. Clearer, more prominent disclosure. Until then, customers should not assume that “Express Next-Day” means what it plainly suggests.

Every apostille agency in the United Kingdom has the same constraints with the FCDO; there are no exceptions.
For potential customers reading this, we want to highlight that all our service pages make these turnaround times and expectations clear.
Documents must arrive in time for the FCDO's submission (as clearly stated on our website) to be ready the next working day. If we do not receive documents in time, they are processed the following day.
