Amazing!!! I completed the Apnea Total Advanced Freediver Course with Arturo and it was an incredible experience. The equipment, communication and organisation was flawless. Arturo made me feel super comfortable whilst also pushing me to test my limits and achieve my goals where I wanted to. A very insightful and approachable teacher! I will definitely come back and would recommend this school to everyone who wants to go freediving on Malta!

Such an incredible experience. With Arturo's expertise and incredible knowledge you feel safe abs challenged. We had so much fun and had no idea what limits we could reach. Life changing experience and wouldn't have asked for a better person to take us on this journey. We now have the free diving bug. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Totalmente recomendable hacer el curso introductorio de un día de pesca con arpón con Arturo. Arturo es un gran conocedor de la disciplina, desprende pasión por la pesca submarina y hace que el día se pase volando y muy ameno. Incluso tunea material para que sea más cómodo y práctico. Yo le veo montando su propia marca en el futuro 😝 Además al hacerlo en temporada baja, estuve yo solo, lo que me brindó una atención personalizada estupenda por el precio que pagué. Y sin duda, sentí como una iniciación el hecho de pescar mi primer pulpo y salmonete. Creo que nunca me ha sabido tan bien algo que he comido, una experiencia religiosa diría yo, a la que animo a cualquiera con un ligero interés a probar. Arturo también tiene un conocimiento profundo de todas las especies de la zona y de su nivel de desarrollo, para asegurar que no tiramos a animales con capacidad de seguir reproduciéndose. En definitiva, muy recomendable. Un abrazo Arturo!

I am thrilled to share that I recently completed the freediver course with Apnea Total Malta and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Arturo was my coach and he was amazing. His patience and friendly approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the course. He was very thorough and thought of almost anything, which ensured that I received the best possible training. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to successfully obtain my freediver certification. It was truly an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend Apnea Total Malta to anyone interested in learning about freediving.

This was one of the best weekends spent of my life! Free diving to 16 metres with apneatotalmalta a few months ago here in Malta. Such a crazy mental experience in the space of just a few days 🤿🌊 I was so scared for this whole situation but I felt like it was important to do it because I had developed a major fear of the sea since almost drowning in Sri Lanka on a surf lesson 🏄‍♀️👍 and having a moment with poisonous sea snakes in Indonesia twice 🐍 (the first time scuba diving, the second time thinking one had touched me because we’d seen 2 in the vicinity, but actually it was just coral, which I ended up getting all scratched up on from panicking 😂). I had been avoiding getting into the sea at all costs since, as I would just freak out, so this was a huge accomplishment. 🥲 The instructor, Arturo, was so amazing and really supportive, kind and patient, I am so grateful. I got further than I thought possible and it was a huge life lesson on the fact that we can have so much fear in our minds telling us to stop doing what we’re doing but in reality, we’re capable of so much more. So grateful for this life lesson, and the entire experience with Apnea Total Malta🙏.

Last August my partner and I went to Malta and wanted to follow a freediving course. We came in contact with Arturo and it was truly the best decision ever to follow the course with Arturo and Selma! We followed the course with Selma during the mornings in class and with Arturo in the water afterwards. Both of them are amazing teachers and we could not be happier to have followed the course with them. Both my partner and I had some 'issues' with not feeling very comfortable holding our breath under water yet. Arturo is so relaxed and has the best ability to make you feel comfortable, try different methods etc. This made it such a great experience for us, it was truly a blast and such good vibes. The groups are small so you get all the attention you need. Our last day of the course I had some problems with my ear, that's why I unfortunately could not finish the course. But Arturo did anything in his power to adjust his schedule so that I could book a coaching session on the last day of our stay, so that I could still finish the course. Thank you so much Arturo and Selma for this experience, you are truly the best! We could not be more thankful.

I went on a freediving expedition with APNEA Total Malta and it was a seriously wonderful day. We spent out time exploring the underwater caves and sea life. Arturo was professional and positive and importantly everything was done safely. I can't wait to do some more exploring or training with Arturo.

Beautifull experience

Had the most amzing 2 days freediving with Apnea total Malta. Selma, our teacher was brilliant and proffessional, constantly aware and looking after us all the time.

I finally did a beginner freediving course with Selma on my recent trip to Malta. I had a fantastic time despite bad weather. Selma is an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and fun. She has her way of making me feel safe and able to do the dive. I learned a lot from her in just 2 days. I will definitely ask for her to be my instructor again if I’m gonna do my advance course. Highly recommended the school and Selma as instructor. Selma…Big Thank You and hope to see you again in the future.

Super ! 2-tägiger Freitauchlehrgang im September mit anschließendem 2-tägigem Coaching. Dass jede Art von Training und Erwachsenenbildung höchstes professionelles Niveau haben sollte, dürfte sich wohl von selber verstehen..... dieses war hier zu 100% gegeben und mit Trainerin Selma habe ich mich perfekt individell gefördert, genau richtig persönlich gefordert und gleichzeitig super sicher gefühlt...und das Ganze hat tierisch Laune gemacht! Wir hatten eine echt steile Lernkurve und sagenhaft viel Spaß!!!

My compadre Markus and me booked a Freediver course (FD, 2 days) and two additional coaching sessions. Our instructor was Selma and Markus and I absolutely loved it. Selma was fantastic in explaining the theory, not too detailed, but all the important stuff was in there. And the water sessions were even better. In an incredibly calm and supportive manner she coached every diver individually and worked on their weak spots. We felt very safe. The dive spot was also great. After learning the technique we also had the opportunity to look at the beautiful rocks and observe the marine life. Thanks to Apneatotal and especially to Selma for fantastic 4 days of freediving. Let me quote a famous actor here: „I‘ll be back.“ :-)
