Updating my purchased experience that day: My pendant chain unfortunately broke the first time I tried wearing it, but the seller responded quickly and kindly sent a replacement chain. I appreciate the seller prompt customer service and willingness to resolve the issue. Overall a positive experience and I would consider purchasing again from her!

Tracy offered good quality jadeite items at a really affordable rate! She also helped to take clearer photos when requested, and showed the items in different angles. She also made the bracelet shorter for my slim wrist, and put the extra bead as an additional pendant. She was also very prompt in mailing and updating the status of the shipping process, and also texting to update that the items were delivered.
