Tracy offered good quality jadeite items at a really affordable rate! She also helped to take clearer photos when requested, and showed the items in different angles. She also made the bracelet shorter for my slim wrist, and put the extra bead as an additional pendant. She was also very prompt in mailing and updating the status of the shipping process, and also texting to update that the items were delivered. Tracy is very knowledgeable and has an extensive collection of jadeite. Initially I went there with a friend with the intention of getting agarwood bracelet, but I was attracted by a few more jadeite pieces as it is too pretty to say no to. In the end, I walk out the place with 2 bracelet and 1 Lu Lu tong. Hoping to get more jadeite pieces from her.

Tracy has a wide variety of beautiful and unique items to select from. She was patient and informative, taking the time to explain to me the various differences between the pieces I was looking at.
