There were a few communication issues along the way, but they were very responsive to concerns and worked to correct them which as a customer is important to me. They were at my home daily to do readings and everyone I encountered was super polite and professional. Very kind employees and very willing to explain the process. I like the brochure of the timeline- I got it during the drying step of the process but it would have been nice when the drying equipment was placed. Overall would hire again… but hopefully I won’t have another event that needs restoration.

Not only were they quick and efficient, but they also maintained an excellent level of communication with us throughout the process, and demonstrated a genuine interest in getting our house put back together as quickly and excellently as possible. If you are looking for a company that truly values its customers, this is it! Apex came out on a short notice for a complimentary mold test over the weekend, I was on a very tight timeline. We had a water heater leak and our plumber called in Apex to help. After drying prep, Ronin came by daily to ensure the drying process was on track and eventually complete prior to reconstruction. He was great! We highly recommend this service.
