My wife, daughter and I have just recently started at Apex MMA. We all are absolutely loving it! Everyone there is very welcoming. Coach Cesar and his other coaches are very knowledgeable and great at explaining/demonstrating techniques. No matter what your level, they are there to help you. We all highly recommend giving it at least a try since they offer a free first session.

My son has been training here for three years, and it’s been an amazing experience. This gym is a fantastic place to learn MMA, and he is currently focusing mainly on BJJ for competitions. The coaches are incredible—always supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping the kids achieve their goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great training environment.

Super clean gym. Has a garage so it get's airflow. Coach Ceasar's top notch and everyone's friendly. Kid's coach is also great I think his ancestor is Bruce Lee, looks very alike and reminds me of the same philosophy he preaches in martial arts

Apex MMA saved my life. My son started in April 2025. To preface, he is diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation disorder. The coaches are amazing at keeping the kids engaged and more importantly, gets them to listen. The entire team went above and beyond to keep him on the mats, as much as my son would give them a hard time. He was hitting classes 4 days a week. I was completely sedentary before starting at Apex back in May 2025. With emotions and blood pressure out of control. My first class, I couldn’t even finish the warm up (undiagnosed exercised induced asthma too). I slunk away in embarrassment. Bas encouraged me to keep trying. I got a puffer and came back the next class. I had to take multiple breaks (that’s ok!!!) but I was able to finish it. The environment, members, and coaches are extremely supportive. I started hitting Muay Thai classes 4x a week, their two locations with alternating schedules is super convenient if you’re wanting to focus on only one sport. I wanted to push myself harder and try something new again, so I started training in jiu jitsu as well. At 5 months being a member, I was hitting 7 classes a week. There are morning and evening classes which can fit most lifestyles. I must also add that I am one of the few women who attend (let’s go ladies!!), and I’ve NEVER felt uncomfortable or disrespected by any member or coach. It is 100% safe there. Benefits: - a healthy internal validation and confidence - off my blood pressure meds - emotions regulated - long-term friendships with super cool people - muscles Apex MMA is 100% worth the money. I will be a lifetime member as I now consider it my second home.

My son has been going to this club for nearly 3 years doing Jiu-Jitsu, he has been competing for two years now. We also tried several other clubs in the city and surrounding area specifically for Jiu-Jitsu and I can honestly say structurally the way the classes are taught Apex is the most professional that we have found in my opinion. The new Jiu-Jitsu leading instructor Cesar is an absolute gem interms of professionalism and setting an example for the kids/making sure the class runs in a way that leads to maximum learning and exercise for the kids but still keeps a fun approach. Cesar leads by example. He focuses on the fine details required to take the kids to the next level. Shout out to a prevous coach Keenan who also was great with the kids. As a parent who has tried other clubs just to see what else is out there in the Windsor area. This one is the top for sport Jiu-Jitsu both Gi and No Gi again this is in my opinion. You will not be disapointed trying this club out. The parents are valued and treated very well by the club aswell. Liam has gone from a boy to a young man here, from a kid who's quick to cry to a kid who we need to remind it's okay to show emotion. His confidence both at home and at school have skyrocketed.
