Apex manager responded within an hour of my notifying the company. Anthony and Ed created the containment enclosures keeping dirt and dust down to a minimum while the damaged walls and insulation was removed. All of the employees of APEX were professional and courteous.

When our water heater sprung a leak, water seeped through the garage wall and into the living room. Our home warranty sent out a plumbing company that we had worked with previously and had a good experience with. When they recommended Apex Home Services to come assess the situation, we trusted them. Joshua from Apex was here an hour after the plumber completed his diagnostic, and explained the game plan thoroughly. After the water heater was replaced, Mario, Jimmy, and Sergio were dispatched from Apex to set up containment, remove water damaged walls and flooring, and set up drying equipment. They arrived on time, were polite, and worked hard for over six hours. Mario explained the next steps, and knowing what to expect helped relieve some stress. Everyone we’ve worked with from Apex has been great, and we’d recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I just had Anthony and his team of Jair and Shawn start the process of fixing my bathroom and closet. They were quick and efficent and very good at making sure everything was preserved as best as possible. Anthony was great at keeping me informed about the process and making sure i understood what was happening. They all did great work! Apex home services was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Specifically want to thank Anthony and his team Jair and Gimmy who conducted the demo work. Anthony is a true leader and a star representative of the company; he was both knowledgeable and professional. Once he arrived onsite he reviewed the whole process and what we should expect. Additionally through the day he kept in constant communication with us and had great rapport with his team. They completed the work within a few hours and made the process as stress free as possible. Having had no previous experience with water damage and the process to mitigate the damage I am 100% glad I went with apex services, Anthony and his team. Apex has been so extremely helpful during the whole remediation process. Any question or concern I have had, they answered immediately and all have showed compassion for myself, my home & my family. On each day they have came, all the crews have done a wonderful job. Jordan with the first crew with another Jordan & Ed! They were great guys! Super kind to my children who wanted to help with taping the floors down. JOSEPH WILSON IS THE STAR HERE. He has been back each day to take check on & treat the home. He came back one day for a second time when our containment had started to fall. He pulled up extra flooring that was missed, and went above and beyond to take care of my home. On the finally day Joseph returned with Shawn! They both made sure to clean up really well, check everything thoroughly & answer any questions. Photos of my sons helping supervise & clean up.

I had a waterline leak in my ceiling in one of my bathroom. Apex Home Services came in on a Sunday and created an access opening in the ceiling so that a plumber could fix the leak. Jonathan Rodriguez and his team with Apex followed up the next day to remove all of the damaged ceiling drywall so that it could begin drying out. They were very courteous, clean and professional in performing their work. I highly recommend Apex for this type of service.
