Update: Had to call them the next day because my heater wasn’t working Ben came in and inspected everything and helped me out a lot 😮‍💨 I’m short on Cash but Ben came in and saved the day 💪 now that man is awesome 👏 and Apex are blessed to have men that care about there clients definitely recommend them! Thank you Ben for everything keep up the good work 🙏 Mike definitely looked the part of handy man I got the 49 to get my vents done He check everything and recommend some suggestions to keep my house air/vent clean so I definitely do recommend it now my house is fresh thanks to him I appreciate you and so do my dogs 🐶 Happy holidays everyone 🙏

I want to share my experience for anyone booking this service through Groupon, especially if you’re a first-time homeowner or unfamiliar with your HVAC setup. The technician who came out was excellent and was professional, kind, on time, and very thorough. He walked me through the condition of my system and pointed out several issues I genuinely had no idea existed. I also didn’t realize they would be evaluating my entire HVAC system as part of the visit, so that alone was unexpected but informative. That said, the Groupon package can be extremely misleading if you’re not aware of what your home’s system includes. I went in expecting the service to be close to the advertised Groupon cost, but once the tech assessed everything, the necessary add-ons brought the total much higher. In my case, the cost ended up around $600 even with the Groupon which was around 15 times what the Groupon cost. I don’t fault the technician at all as he did his job well and was honest about what needed attention. But I do think the company could do a much better job of setting expectations upfront. Even a quick explanation before the appointment especially for first-time duct cleaning customers that the technician will evaluate the system and may recommend additional services (with associated costs) would prevent a lot of sticker shock. Overall, the work quality seems solid, and the tech was great. I just recommend going in prepared that the Groupon price might only cover a small portion of the final cost, particularly if you’re unfamiliar with your HVAC system or have a more complex setup.

I got the special they were running and I’m super glad I had Apex come clean my air ducts. I found that during this process that my blower motor to my furnace was caked on with drywall from the construction when my house was built. The apex employee cleaned it and was very respectful of my home.

The technicians were very professional and nice. I’m sure they did a good job, but MAN there was a lot of “upselling”. They suggested almost triple the price of the service I asked them to perform. Wish they just came to do the service I asked for and didn’t pressure the add-ons.

We had a home duct cleaning which we also installed a home purification system and had our vents sprayed. The entire service from start to finish was amazing despite the condition of our vents. The quality and customer service was top notch. Joe was amazing in educating us and finding what was best fit for our home. They also offered the most reasonable price when we were browsing the market.

I can’t tell you how happy I am with Apex their tech Andy was absolutely amazing. He was thorough and went above and beyond, to keep my furnace running until I can afford a new one. Took a long time to schedule, they rescheduled, then the job was left undone - dirt and debris not cleaned from some of the ducts. One had a pile of loose dirt, dust and even some chopsticks. Left a vent cover off and our cat got stuck trying to get down it.

Chance and Mateo did an excellent job !! Answered all our questions throughly. Explained everything so I could understand what and why it was being done. Extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves !! Wonderful experience with them and would def have them back !!!
