Wouldnt place noisy vacuum machine on covered front porch, claiming policy against it being outside. You should amend policy to allow.

I had no idea how badly we needed this service till our technician started sharing photos with me as he was moving along. Our tec was so nice. He almost felt like a member of the family. Even our 18 month old granddaughter (who is afraid of strangers) liked him. Our tec was very thoughtful, clean, friendly and communicative. Although he was quiet, the machine was loud 😂. I hadn’t expected that. Best part was when it was over, the air quality was SO obvious. I wish I had the service years ago. I forgot to mention, our technician’s name was John (Jameson?)
Our technician was very professional. I think he did a great job.We were sold on additional work beyond what we initially agreed to, but it was work that really needed to be done. I think it was a good investment.
My only complaint is that I don't think they cleaned my dryer vent, even though I was told that was includes in the price i initially agreed to.
Today was an amazing HVAC lesson! I learned a lot in the short time the technician was here. I’m very thankful.
