I recently used this HVAC repair service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The company was professional, responsive, and highly efficient in handling my heating and cooling system issue. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the staff communicated clearly throughout the entire process.
The technician was knowledgeable, experienced, and very thorough. They carefully inspected the system, accurately diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair options in a clear and understandable way. I especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to answer all of my questions before beginning the work.

Our AC stopped working right when the temps are going up. Apex answered our call and came out and repaired the unit within hours. Great service from Brandon and we will be using Apex going forward!

AC went out on the weekend. Go figure. Asked friends for someone they trust. Leon with Apex Air came highly recommended. I called Leon and he showed up an hour later. He ran through our unit, and got us back up and running. Apex is affordable and I highly recommend them and Leon.
They’ll be my new go to AC company.

Our A/C went out and I called and spoke with Leon about having someone come take a look. After sending him my info, hours went by and I never heard anything. I called to make sure he got my info and to request an ETA and was told he would call me back, never did. Another 2 hours went by and another gentleman showed up and while he did fix the AC, he did not give us a price until after everything was done, which seems unprofessional to me- what if it was something that could not be afforded? He bypassed a piece of the unit and told us he would have someone reach out to us the next day (it was, at this point, after hours) for payment and a quote for replacement parts so they could come back out and hook everything up the way it is supposed to be. The friendly bookkeeper called to take payment the next day but did not know anything about what the servicing technician was supposed to pass along- she told me she would have Leon call me back. Still have not heard anything. While my issue technically was fixed, as my A/C is working now, I am still needing replacement parts to have the A/C hooked up the way it is supposed to be hooked up (will look elsewhere). Everyone was friendly enough, and they did end up getting the A/C running the same day, but I am dissatisfied with the communication this company has to offer so I will give 3 stars instead of 5.
I recently moved and called Leon at Apex Air Solutions to come and inspect an AC unit which I believed was not running well. Leon inspected the unit and provided great advice on the condition of the equipment. My units are under warranty but I wanted a second opinion to make sure that the warranty contractors were doing the right thing. I trust Leon because of his knowledge and experience with HVAC systems. Initially Apex Air Solutions was recommended to us by a friend. If you need HVAC solutions don’t hesitate to call Apex.
We had Leon and his team install a new complete AC system back in 2017. Everything is still running as awesome as the day they put it in.
Their prices were very reasonable, and the installation went exactly as planned. I was reminded of this when hearing a recent horror story from a neighbor regarding a different company. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex Air Solutions to all friends and family.
