She was super knowledgeable about different apartments and neighborhoods and was able to narrow it down to exactly what I was looking for. I can’t recommend her enough. I had the pleasure of working with Noelle starting many months back and I had the most amazing experience. She checked in on me when my original move got postponed and made sure to stay connected which made me feel like there was a lot of intention behind her service. Noelle really made me feel heard and offered a lot of great insight, while still letting me ask questions and change things around several times, all the while being accommodating. I truly felt the most comfortable working with her and loved every minute of it. She took all the stress out of finding a new home, which is always the biggest headache, and was involved every step of the way. I have nothing but great things to say about my service and Noelle and hope to work with her whenever I move again!

She was so amazing to work with, from coordinating the tours, compiling all the information to help with decision making, to analyzing leases with the apartment with us to feel comfortable with our next step. Vicki Stewart deserves 10 million stars!! From start to finish and beyond Vicki was there for me. Her calm demeanor and patience with my anxious, mess of-a-self relieved any and all worries I had. She truly felt like a friend from the start. She worked with my schedule with no issue and when I was chronically late for literally everything she handled the rescheduling relieving me of any additional work to do. She kept up with the appointments, found literally the best options and all within and under budget. I had a lot of requirements for my new home and she found such perfect options. When it was time to decide she helped ease any doubt I had in my mind. She is absolutely lovely and does outstanding work!

I found Bryan while searching apartment listings. Finding a good place to rent has always been daunting for me. Scheduling tours, browsing zillow and avoiding scams is a lot of work and energy outside of a busy workweek. I had needed to get the ball rolling, but was dreading it. Bryan helped me out soo much. I had no idea that an Apartment Locater was even a thing. We had a phone call where I told him my budget and what I was looking for. A week later we met at his office where he showed me quality apartments that fit my criteria. We picked out the top 3 from his list, and immediately went to see them in-person. Touring apartments was so much more comfortable with someone who knows what to look for and what to ask. He helped me get a good deal as well. The whole process took an afternoon, if I had done it alone, cold-calling and touring would have taken me a weekend. Two days later I signed a lease and have already moved in. Great service, Bryan is very knowledgeable and it really changed the game for me. Highly recommend Bryan McGraw and I will be using an apartment locator next time I move.

I moved to Nashville TN from a small town in KY and had NO previous experience renting. I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. That was all until I found Noelle. She explained every little thing and there was no question she didn’t have an answer to. I knew from the first meeting she was the agent for me, she had fire in her which told me she would represent me and protect me throughout the process. I am so grateful for her because without her I truly don’t think I could've gotten the place I wanted! And not to mention all of it was FREE. I’ve worked with realtors in the past as I have owned just not rented, and a common denominator amongst them is once you buy they go mia, with Noelle she is still there for me even after signing the Lease. I’ve had questions a month after signing and she was still just a facetime call away. Noelle is THE BEST agent in Nashville TN and I will stand on that statement. She has a lifetime client in me after such an amazing experience and I am PICKY. I would recommend her to anyone, she’s truly got your best interests! My view is a dream come true all thanks to her.

You will definitely regret not having her be your apartment locator. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful and patient. She is very knowledgeable and can effectively overcome any issue that arises. I'm so glad I had her help! She was able to quickly and easily figure out which apartments would be best for me and then took me to look at them in person. The service didn't cost me anything and her expertise basically helped me get paid to move into an apartment that I love. Noelle is the absolute best in Nashville!

I had a great experience working with Bryan as my apartment locator. He was incredibly communicative, professional, and organized throughout the entire process, and he presented various options that truly matched my preferences. I felt supported and well taken care of from start to finish, and he ultimately found me an apartment that I absolutely love. The only thing I wish I had known going into the process is that the rates listed in his posts are pre–community fees. Those fees can range from about $100–$120 per month, and once they were factored in, the apartment I fell in love with ended up being outside my original budget. While I’ll definitely keep that in mind next time (and am making it work because I love the apartment so much), I do wish I’d had that context upfront. Overall, I highly recommend working with Bryan. He’s excellent at what he does, and I would absolutely work with him again!

Annisha is an all star. Full stop. I was hesitant to work with her at first given the last agent we talked to tried to have us sign a lease in an illegally run high rise apartment (when I think luxury apartments, not having a permit to rent to folks was the last thing I expected. Local news got involved, it was a mess). My girlfriend insisted it was a good idea, I went into the conversation with an open mind, and Annisha turned out to be a Godsend. She was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and honest as she walked us through each community and her sincerity really helped give me the comfort to sign a lease sight unseen. Whatever she’s getting paid, it’s not enough. I’d write and sing her praises more, but at this point I feel like I’d sound like a broken record. She deserves it though. Again, thank you so much for everything.

Annisha was absolutely AMAZING! I 100% recommend her. I seriously can’t thank her enough. My boyfriend and I currently live out of state and didn’t have the time to be able to fly out and see places in person before our move to Nashville. Being new to town, I was unsure how to go about finding a new apartment. Luckily I had a friend that recently had the same dilemma, and he gave me a contact that helped him locate a place. Annisha was a life saver! I gave her a call, and she asked me to meet with her before I did any searching on my own. We met at her office and she was able to speak with me to get to know me and my requirements. Annisha was then able to narrow down locations that suited me and provided many details and various benefits and promotions. Then Annisha met me at several of the locations we selected and ultimately I was able to make a selection that I am very happy with. Annisha was a consummate professional throughout the process, and it showed that she cares about what she does. Annisha went above and beyond, answering all my questions and providing any information I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new place to live; and I especially recommend to ask for Annisha.
