After a great deal of research into our kitchen project we knew when meeting Matt at AOK kitchens we would be in safe hands. Matt is very friendly and extremely proffesional, and produced great designs and helped us in selecting products for our new kitchen.
The Kitchen installation was carrried out by Pete and was organised flawlessly from start to finish. Pete's attention to the smallest of details shows in the project and was appeciated by us. His experience and expert knowledge in collaboration with other trades we had on site have provided us with the most amazing Kitchen that feels quality and functions exactly how we wanted it to.
Electricians, Paul, Rich & Tom were fantastic providing us with a first class service which met all our electrical requirements and beyond. The undercounter lights were a great addition to the design.
Ross the plasterer and Ian the Gas Engineer were brilliant and their contribution was extremely appreciated.
We would like to give a big thank you to all the team at AOK kitchens because you have provided us with a stress free experience and a project we were able to enjoy. The Kitchen is design perfect and now finished has exceeded our expectations.

We recently had our kitchen and dining area redesigned by Matt at Andrew Osborne Kitchens and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Matt took us through the design process and came up with some really clever ideas to maximise space and storage solutions. He was on hand throughout the refurbishment and coordinated the works with the builder and kitchen fitter. I would also like to give praise to the kitchen fitter who was very tidy and helpful too. When we had a problem with a tap, Matt was able to get the company out to rectify the problem straightaway. We are very happy customers.

Initially when we went to browse the shop, Matt came across as welcoming and gave a no pressure to try sell approach, spending time to ask our budget and needs. We were offered a home visit and Matt again listened to our needs and gave us time to look at other suppliers and options. After we decided to go with AO Kitchens Matt continued to keep us updated at all stages. The kitchen we chose was a Hacker brand which arrived on time and lives up to the quality indicated. AO Kitchens used a sub-contractor Fitter Darren who was professional, friendly and did a great job on the fit . Very happy to recommend AOK !

Brilliant from start to finish. Matt worked through my wish list and found solutions to fit my budget. The fitter Pete, and electrician Steve both worked well together, and created a beautiful kitchen. It was finished off with Grace's decorating and I couldn't be happier with the result. A couple of issues post fitting, such as hinges needing adjusting have all been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'm enjoying using a kitchen that works for me, and the process was so seamless.

We were worried. Having never designed a bespoke kitchen before there was a great deal of trepidation on our part. I shouldn't have bothered to even start worrying, AOK were brilliant and made our journey painless and rewarding.
Having made initial contact with AOK, Matt was straight back to us and following our first visit it was quite a simple decision to go with Matt and AOK. The personal service we received from Matt throughout the whole process was beyond our expectations .I cannot praise him enough. Deep deep down you often brace yourself going into a goods supplier shop. You prepare mentally for the oncoming 'pushy' sales individual. And then.......they don't come. Instead you get a friendly individual who doesn't try to 'push' anything on you. They're helpful. They listen. They're accommodating. That was our experience with Matt. Matt has certainly redefined the stereotype. Nothing was too much of an issue.
