Customer Service is rude, treatments are ineffective
Despite diligently following the advice of their technicians—including adjusting my watering schedule—my lawn has not achieved the expected level of health. I continue to observe numerous patchy areas, some attributable to shade from trees, and others without any clear explanation. They blame it on you, for watering schedule, different kinds of weeds etc. Cancelation is a hassle also.

They are lazy and inconsistent with staff. Weedex showed up at 1206 left at 1210, video proof.
They managed to treat the front yard.
Then emailed saying the dogs were out in the back yard. My dogs were inside but I guess they had a 5 minute window to complete a yard.
Anyone have lawn service recommendations???? Weedex is not trustworthy.
