Zane was very nice, he checked out my unit quickly. Zane was very personable, whiles he was working we discusse how well we kept the unit clean. Zane took his time and did a great job, he also worked up a quote on a new unit for us since our unit is getting older.

Electrician Scott Clark worked replacing all of our fire alarms and suggested other electrical repairs that we will do next year. He was courteous, great communicator, and worked in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Scott for any electrical needs!

Hello Mark. It sounds like you had a mixed experience with Carl's service. It’s frustrating to have to wait longer than expected, especially when the paperwork isn’t correct and the final invoice is still pending. Also, it’s concerning that there was some sloppiness with the work, like the fan being left on and the rust repellent not applied neatly.
