I don't know what the deal is with this place but I definetly do not trust them. I scheduled an appointment, recieved a confirmation the day before and when I show up no one is there. Door is locked and when I call them it goes to some generic voicemail. I waited 30 min and no one showed up. In that time I called 4 times and left 2 messages. It's been 24 hours and no one has even called me to tell me what happened. Not that I would go at this point but I just don't understand. Is the place a scam??? didn't seem that way but this is so scetchy. Respnse to owner. I will not be contacting you back because I do not trust your facility. I left 2 messages the day of my appointment and waited over 24 hours for someone to reach back to me about why no one was available for a confirmed appointment. I only received a call and texts AFTER I left my review. The texts were unprofessional. I don't want to hear someone pleading to call them back so they don't lose they're job and telling me they were repremanded for not meeting the standard expections. I am coming to a facility that I'm supposed to be trusting with medical information and treatment and your staff responds like that? I don't know how your facility received the ratings you did but I've been in customer relations for over 20 years and my experience was less then satisfactory. Please discontinue reaching out to me. I have sought out services somewhere else, respectfully.

Miami Pallet institute se ha convertido en parte importante de mi bienestar y salud. Empiezo hablando del establecimiento, Lindo, pulcro, y muy acogedor. Sus propietarios Yedis y Samuel muy profesionales, explican hasta el ultimo detalle, una calidad humana que jamas he visto en este pais en el rubro de la salud. Aunque ofrecen variedad de servicios; y en todos son A1; en mi caso personal el reemplazo hormonal ha sido de las mejores desiciones; mi calidad de vida se ha optimizado tanto, que ponderarlo seria egoista porque me quedo corta. Sin dudas el mejor lugar, con la asistencia profesional de primera, con los mejores productos. No duden en visitarlos, todo lo que ofrecen es imnovador, moderno, con una calidad humana que enamora y todo esto de la mano de la mas alta tecnologia en cuanto a antienvejecimiento, salud, belleza y bienestar.
