Had a horrendous experience with the office - myself and my fiancé included - there is a major lack of communication and lack of urgency on their part - called and left several messages via the answering machine and on the portal on their website - they do not return your phone calls and continue to “punt the ball” if you do get in contact with anyone in the office they will not assist you - the staff needs to be redirected on helping potential patients - especially regarding workers compensation claims, due to this, needed to go with another facility who was more than helpful and who understood the urgency of the situation and made us a priority.

Our practice does have specific protocols in place for workers’ compensation cases, which require certain information before we can schedule an appointment, and we regret if this was not clearly communicated. I will rate only my Dr.. he has been very helpful throughout the process of my surgery and recovery I have nothing but good things to say about him , also his assistant Richard, between us better hands for shots than Dr. Capellino 🤭, what does not help him to be much better is his receptionist desk and their phone system.

Dr. Capalino did a shoulder replacement on me and I’ve had nothing but problems since day one now all of a sudden my diploid one of my bones snapped and he is not doing anything about it. He is the worst surgeon I have ever run across. Do not use him do not. I have CP and he should’ve never operated on me. I have severe problems now and he dropped the ball.

I highly recommend Dr.Cappellino. He performed 2 total hip replacement on me and I was up and walking the next day! Minimal discomfort. It is a miracle compared to before surgery! I am so grateful!
