I had the most amazing facial by Hannah on Thursday, From the moment you lie down on the warm toasty bed and close your eyes you can feel the tension ease. I'm a busy mum who doesn't really get alot of spare time but this just made me feel instantly relaxed, The scent of clarins products is just amazing, Hannah's technique is very very good, I'd say the best facial I've ever had. I'll definitely be back more regularly again to treat myself.

Just love this place and all the staff. Mia did my treatment and what a lovely confident and welcoming young lady, she even suggested some other treatments I might like which I’m going to book in for. Never disappoints and I love the atmosphere and surroundings of AR . Always a five start service.

The parlour is a perfect example of what a parlour should be. All the services are excellent. Staff is super friendly. Laura did my waxing and she was quick effecient and did with minimum pain. The parlour also have a clarins outlet which has a excellent product portfolio . All together would make this parlour my go to one without a second thought.

First class service Due to a misunderstanding at booking there was insufficient time to complete my “mother of the groom” wedding nails, but Anne and team were not deterred and worked flexibly, around other appointments, to ensure my nails were done. And beautiful they are too. I am delighted and so impressed by the dedication of the staff.

I absolutely love this place. It all started with a gift voucher from my mother in law 4 years ago and I've never looked back. Immaculate salon, such a variety of services, the staff are lovely humans with great senses of humour and very highly skilled and will always do their best to meet your needs. I have a variety of regular treatments such as gel nails, eyebrows, ultrapeel, massages.....and each one I've always been listened to and walked away happy and satisfied with their service. Nothing is too much for the staff here. Would highly recommend.

Wow if this is what a clarins facial is then I’m having this regularly! Lindsey started with a soothing foot and calf massage, wrapping my feet in warm towel booties, before moving on to my hands and arms and tucking me into a cosy cocoon. The facial itself was incredible, a thorough exfoliation, nourishing mask, and a blissful face and scalp massage. Every touch felt choreographed, like a graceful ballet, and the way she wrapped the towels made me feel snug and warm throughout. I’ve never experienced anything like it and I left feeling relaxed, glowing and completely looked after. If you’re considering booking this is the place to book!

What a lovely salon. Staff very friendly and very welcoming. Had the Clarins Sun Glow treatment. Fantastic treatment a gradual tan and very natural looking tan. Would highly recommend and would get again myself. So far it has lasted 1 week and still going.

I received a voucher for a back massage and luxury facial. What I received really went well above and beyond that, it was a really incredible experience. Alisha performed my treatments, she’s absolutely incredible, with the perfect amount of pressure at every moment. The facial comes with a hand foot and shoulder massage too, which was unexpected but absolutely amazing. I can’t rate this experience high enough and I cannot wait to go back. Service, product, everything was second to none and I have had many facials and massages over the years.

The best customer service !!!! I cannot compare it to any other salon I have been to before. Lovely personal service with Anne herself getting in touch to sort out a minor problem (I might add that when I left the salon I felt like a princess to say the least!!!). She literally made me feel like I was the only customer they had and they went out of their way to sort out my issue and that is priceless to me. Will be revisting here again & again!!!! Xxx
