If you have a Wayne Dalton garage door with a tube with springs inside called Torguemaster then this is the place! Do not let anyone tell you that they don't make it any longer and try to sell you on a different garage door spring. There are unethical garage repair people out there who will overcharge you.
My experience with Ankmar was excellent. We live in Broomfield and called about 8:30AM to schedule a repair. Peter was at our home at 10AM with a loaded truck and had the old tube removed and a new one installed in record time and at a reasonable price for our 16' x 8' door.
If you get talked into some 'conversion' spring assembly you will pay much more. The quotes I was hearing were ridiculous. Then I noticed a tag right on my door and a phone number. Since the old Torguemaster had lasted 17 years I figured the number wouldn't even work. It did and the quote was around what I figured it should be.
I highly recommend Ankmar if you have a Wayne Dalton door with Torguemaster enclosed spring. They were honest and very efficient.
