We won't be refunding any money on the works we carried out, as stated on the invoice your boiler had a blocked condensate syphone, I took photos of the debris that came out the boiler syphone as I suspected you would try and say this.

Firstly the boiler was showing an L2 fault

This initially , from your disruption sounded like the ignition electrodes, you had not told me the boiler was making a bubbling sound other wise ,as I said yesterday , I would have know straight away the condensate was blocked , once I had found this to be the case I cleared the boiler as it was full of water , as you saw, and then removed the condensate trap, and it was full of grit sand and even a bumble bee !! So I cleared that and installed the syphone restarted the boiler at which point it was working fine , so I charged you an hour's fee for 50 minutes work. as I suggested yesterday by email , you need further works , just because we spent 50 minutes yesterday does not entitlement you to a further 2 hours free labour , sorry , I would like to add you swearing at me about costs was totally unacceptable, it was rude and bad manners. So to round off , we have charged fairly for the works we carried out, see picture attached ,it clearly shows the build up of grime in your boilers Syphon,stopping the water from flowing out causing it to back up into the boiler it's self, we will not be re attending for free. And we will not be refunding any amounts . You require further works , if I had suggested this yesterday you would have refused any way. I got the boiler working for you as quickly and efficiently as possible , and I did tell you it may have the pipe work blocked but I said see how it goes .
I believe you received a very good service ,you called and we attended on the same day.

We appreciated your swift payment , and also left you a radiator key and a card, I would also point out my shoes are always clean, I had showered that morning as I always do, and I would like to tell any readers of this reply, please do ready our reviews on Google, there's an old saying and it's very true , you can't please every one, our reply above was in response to an insulting rude and from what I can see, a poor attempt at sullying the company's name, if this weed the case I'm sure others would take the same view and post, we really don't want or need rude and obnoxious customers. All we are trying to do is offer a good and fair service, clearly Racheal feels we should work for free, I'm sure this customer will delete this reply and post again, some people you can never please, I had told her if it blocks again we will come back, but being a good company we were trying to save her money incase it was clear, hence the 50 mins charge of 1 HR plus vat, but it did block, so it clearly needs further work!! You just can't help some people !!

Hi there ,lance here, wow that's a very kind review, and my I say accurate 😊 with out being too big headed haha ,but that's what you get when you use a reliable well experiance-93 I started , heating engineer, we also do oil as well as LPG gas ,electrical works and COMMERCIAL gas too , we know what it means to be with out heating , especially this time of year!!
