Angie did a fantastic job capturing the vision I had for my photo session, and I’m so unbelievably happy to have these fantastic photos and album to remember my dog by. Angie was incredibly understanding and sensitive to my dog’s health condition, always keeping my dog as priority #1 during the session. She helped me decide on a fantastic location for the session and had great recommendations for types of photos and poses, all while keeping everything very authentic. Her responsiveness and updates throughout the process of receiving my photos and album was so thorough, and I really appreciated how much time she invested in ensuring I got above and beyond what I was hoping for. My dog sadly passed a few weeks after our photo session, and I’m just so eternally grateful to have these photos to look back on and remember her by. I would recommend Angie to anyone with a pet!

If you are even slightly unsure about whether to hire Angie, please don’t hesitate for another moment. When we realized our deeply loved Oscar was nearing the rainbow bridge, we made a sudden and urgent decision to find a pet photographer. Angie responded with incredible kindness and selflessness, graciously rearranging her schedule so she could meet with us almost immediately. The experience and the outcome were far beyond anything we could have imagined. During the photoshoot, Angie took her time, capturing countless beautiful images and so many precious, meaningful moments. Every photo reflected the love we have for Oscar. Choosing the final images was difficult only because each one was so stunning. Angie was such a blessing to work with. When our pup, Rowdy, was diagnosed with metastatic hemangiosarcoma, I wanted to have a photoshoot so that we could have some beautiful photos of him and our family. Given the projected survival timeline, I was anxious to try and get the photos while he was still around and feeling well. Angie reached back right away and we got the process started. She was incredibly empathetic and accommodating. Rowdy underwent surgery and chemotherapy, which he tolerated like a champ (and was with us 3x as long as predicted!). Angie took everything into consideration including making sure he wasn't overexerting himself. The photoshoot was probably one of his all time favorite days. He was spoiled with love and a whole bunch of his favorite training treats! The attention to detail Angie has is amazing. One of the reasons we were drawn to Angie originally (besides the appropriately incredibly high reviews she has) is that her work feels so natural / effortless. The editing that she did do, were things that seemed like small little things that I never would have noticed (too many fly away hairs, a car in the background, etc), which kept it still very natural but elevated. Her creativity and willingness to try different shots led to so many great moments. Rowdy was always challenging to capture in a photograph since he was all long black hair, but she did it!! He looks just like how he did to the naked eye. Somehow she was able to take out the blue hues that the standard camera adds, and also make his eyes pop like how they did when you actually looked at him. When Rowdy passed a few weeks ago, I was so grateful to know we had the keepsake album. We also got "grand-paw-rents" books for both of our parents, who have repeatedly said how special it is to them. We have received so many compliments from friends, family, and coworkers. I cannot thank Angie enough for all of her kindness. We highly recommend Angie. When the day comes when we are able to open our hearts and home to a new pup, we will definitely reach out to her again.

Angie was great to work with. She was very responsive (reaching out within minutes of my initial enquiry!) and created a thoughtful photoshoot plan based on our priorities. She took significant time to understand what we were looking for, and she helped us relax and enjoy the session whilst still capturing a ton of footage in a short time. After the photoshoot she stayed very communicative and helped us explore different ideas whilst still very much not pushing us to any particular package option (and kindly being patient as we went back and forth on different ideas). I consulted a handful of pet photographers and liked Angie Rose best because of her willingness to totally tailor our experience. Her prep calls were super helpful (what to wear, best time of day for our location, etc) and she put NO pressure on us to buy “extras.” The whole process from scheduling to final receipt of your photos can take a bit of time but it is 100% worth the wait as she offers a top-quality product with retouched photos and a beautiful book. This is sort of like investing in wedding photography when you go with Angie (but at a much lower price!) Thank you for everything Angie!!

Angie is amazing! Not only is her photography beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, but working with her was wonderful. She's incredibly communicative, understands the nuances and quirks in photographing animals and children and is incredibly patient, truly taking her time to make sure she gets all the right shots. She also takes her time with a detailed intake call so she can fully understand what type of photos you're looking for and to get to know your pet. I let her know we wanted to capture casual, everyday moments with our 12 year old French Bulldog as we're hyper aware that Frenchie's don't have the longest lifespan and we want to remember him the exact way we see him everyday; playing dress-up with our youngest daughter, playing in the backyard, going on family walks in our neighborhood etc. She knocked it out of the park! We couldn't be happier with her work. Not to mention, the beautiful photo album we had her create is the highest quality that truly took my breath away when I first opened the box. We recently had the pleasure of working with Angie for a photoshoot featuring our energetic pup on our favorite hiking trail, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. Angie was collaborative and creative throughout the session. From the start, she was communicative and asked a lot of thoughtful questions to understand exactly what we wanted. This preparation helped maximize the value of our time together and ensured she captured the many fun sides of our pup. Her thorough approach to composition and framing was impressive. Despite the environmental challenges like changing sunlight, varied terrain, and even random horses on the trail, she managed everything with ease. Our dog’s high energy and activity level were no match for her patience and skill. She kept him engaged and managed to capture beautiful photos that reflect his character. We do recommend brushing up on some basic obedience commands (sit, down, stay, here, recall) before your session. These will be helpful in setting up good shots and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Overall, we highly recommend Angie for anyone looking to capture special moments with their pets. Her talent, professionalism, and passion for photography are evident in every photo. We are thrilled with the images and will cherish them for years to come.
