Wish we could take this place home with us!
Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. Friendly staff but had to wait over 45 minutes for our meals. Because of the long wait we got our meals take away. When they placed the meals in the bag, they were put in sideways first before lying them flat and as a result, the meals were a complete disaster and messy. It also wasn't very busy.

Waiting over 45 minutes for your meals and having to switch to takeaway because of the delay is disappointing in itself, and we’re even more sorry to hear that the meals were packed in a way that caused them to spill and become messy. That shouldn’t happen, and greater care should have been taken.

Asked for hard eggs got runny eggs had to fix it twice. Asked for glass of ice never got it. Took my meal away from me after I started eating and gave it to someone else after saying “sorry wrong table” staff were good but still dissatisfied.

Most concerning of all is your meal being taken away after you had already started eating — that shouldn’t happen, even if it was a genuine mistake with table numbers. We can completely understand how that would leave you dissatisfied.

Want to Spoil whole day? Go to this Cafe for mental disturbance. Team were polite but Cafe owner or manager was very arrogant was at counter, very proudy. He don't know how to treat others. Picking order from there, took 30 mins for order, asked him 3 times on different timings for order, didn't get reply even once. I got insulted two times on different timings. Very rude and Arrogant person. If you want badly treated then choose his Cafe.

Had the best breakfast at Andonis. Ordered the loaded croissant with a side of fried chicken which came out grilled. They were so lovely about it and fixed it super quick with no complaints at all. Imogen was serving our table and went above and beyond. We had a big group and lots of order changes and they were very accomodating. Will be back

I always love coming to Andonis, it’s always our first choice café, it’s so pet-friendly. I really love the new doggy menu; the portion of chicken is generous, great value for money, and perfect for our dog.
The staff are incredibly friendly, everyone is so welcoming and clearly very well trained. The food is also consistently delicious.
