We had a group of 5 for a small celebration for a uni graduation on Tuesday 16/12. I had undergone surgery the previous week leaving me with a moon boot and a knee scooter. We had made a booking but were early and our table wasn't yet ready. This proved to be no problem for the amazing staff. The manager/waitress (unfortunately I don't know her position and can't remember her name, my apologies) immediately went into action by rearranging tables etc to allow access for my 'scooter' and ensure our group were as comfortable as possible. As per usual, the range and quality of the food, drinks was of exceptional standard with prices being very reasonable. But this is secondary for this review. I'd like to once again thank the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience under difficult circumstances. There is no wonder Andonis is opening new branches at an increasing rate (Noosa area next pleeaase 🩷😅). Their overall quality and professionalism could teach a lot of more 'upmarket' eateries volumes.
I called to order four açai bowls but they had run out of granola. They called me back and said they got their delivery of granola. I went onto order four acai bowls. I got my açai bowls and there was muesli, cornflakes and sultanas sprinkled on the top. They made over $100 out of me for pretending that they got their order of granola. guys muesli, cornflakes and sultanas is not granola. .

Food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Customer service was just as impressive, and Rata was especially wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this place!
We always come to andonis and it’s our favourite cafe. Without a doubt we are rarely disappointed especially the one we go to at Mount Gravatt which is our usual andonis. We tried the fortitude valley one and the service was not great. Only one guy was super helpful and welcoming but everyone else seemed like they didn’t care. We were surprised when the girl came to take our order without the tablet or writing anything and as expected, most things for our order came incorrect or was not ordered. We also had to wait so long for our puppy’s meal as we came to try the new doggie menu. The mount gravatt andonis actually care and give the milk in a bowl, and everything so nicely but here they gave it in takeaway things which was super difficult for our dog to eat.
Overall, andonis is our number 1 cafe and Mount Gravatt cafe is the best! We probably won’t come to the valley one again as the service is not great and the food was also underwhelming compared to usually.
Sad to write this review because we still love andonis and will continue to come.
