They have helped me in so many ways - they did the original install in my roof, and years later, helped me understand what was going on when I had a ventilation imbalance due to some additional construction I did. Randy even came out to my house right away to help me when I had an issue with another company (who had damaged my roof during a roof cleaning). Randy was also very thoughtful and took a lot of initiative in following up with me to make sure I was taken care of. They have given me invaluable information and support for nearly 10 years now. Seemed like a great company, nice guys with competitive prices. In the end its the worst decision we could have made. They installed a faulty roof and we are now paying the price with the damages. We even hired an inspector and he said it was one of the worst torch down roofs he has seen in a long time. Anderson Roofing won't even call back. We would get a lawyer but the stress is too much so I guess they win. We are out the cost of a failed roof and the thousands it will cost for repairs from the leaks they refused to fix. I would encourage people to look elsewhere for a roofing company.
Anderson Roofing replaced our torch-down roof about one year ago and it is performing very well. The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable, and communications with both the office and the field were clear and prompt. They arrived when they said they would and they finished on time and on budget.
I call them up anytime I have a roof issue. We have had two roofs replaced in the last 30 years on our combined slightly sloped and flat roof. Plus, any other issues that we have had, they have responded promptly. Would highly recommend them.

We found it easy to make a decision. Once we chose them, they arrived on time, worked 3 1/2 days (estimate was 3-5 days) and finished. We love our new roof! It's attractive and well done. Anderson focused on customer support.
Before signing they answered all of my questions, gave me samples, quoted multiple options and walked through the reasons for each. I know nothing about roofs but the owner , Pat, spent a lot of time educating and teaching me about the project. This made me feel confident I chose the right team.

My flat roof is getting older and I was worried about some soft spots. Anderson Roofing came right away, took their time checking the whole roof, and concluded my roof is holding up just fine and I don't need a thing right now. Sure will make me trust them 100% when the time does come for a new roof. Great team!
Thanks for the review! Your PVC roof is in great shape and I don't think there are any leaks. If anything your issues have to do with moisture management and condensation so I would call that handyman we gave you and see about upgrading those bathroom fans. We'll be happy to replace your roof when it actually needs it, in the meantime please share our info if you have any friends or family that need a new roof.

We appreciate the nice words! We never like to turn down work and have done many commercial jobs but the complexity of your project and the necessary taper system you need to install to would be better handled by a much larger commercial roofing contractor. We could easily replace what you have but that isn't what would be best for your condo association long term.

I initially purchased my flat-roof home over 40 years ago. Anderson installed a new roof shortly after I purchased the home, it lasted 24 -years. I then called Anderson to replace the old roof, and it has also worked fine ever since. I had some sky lights added, Anderson Roofing came out and patched around them. I have never had a roof problem in the 40-years I have owned my home! Anderson Roofing is very reliable, showed up was scheduled. They kept their work site very clean. I find them to have a very high care factor, reliable, very honest and trustworthy!
