Amazing experience with Anderson Briggs. My property sold extremely quickly and my estate agent Millie was with us every step of the way. She was kind, thoughtful, experienced and always available with any questions that we had. We purchased a property which was a little tricky due to the circumstances however Millie even supported with this despite it being sold by another agent. Recently moved into my first house about a month ago, and when I tell you that Millie was the most professional and helpful person out of all the people I had to deal with in the entire process of it all - I mean it.
I was a first time buyer, and from the very get go of booking an appointment to view the property, to actually getting my keys - everything was plain sailing.
Millie went above and beyond. As a bloke that didn’t understand many things, she put my mind at ease, helped me get my head around things - and the one thing that kept me sane throughout it all was the constant updates. I was given updates from Millie before my solicitors even told me. It was nothing short of a battle to get an email from my solicitors, let alone a phone call. And when you think about it, I paid my solicitors just over two grand for their service - Millie owed me nothing.
Millie really went above and beyond. As said earlier, I had constant updates, and even if I had any questions or queries, they were all answered - even during the weekend, when I’m almost certain that she wasn’t at work or getting paid to do so.
If I was an employer, I’d make sure to keep her employed until she retires. Millie is nothing short of an asset for any company.
If I was selling my house, I know exactly who I’d go to and ask for. I’d have full confidence in Millie.
If you are buying a house and / or a first time buyer like I was - and you have the pleasure to deal with Millie - you might as well have won the lottery.
Millie, if you’re reading this, thank you again for everything, you were an absolute gem!
