After having a number of recommendations for Anderson Briggs we decided to enquire to sell our home. We had 3 other agents round and Millie Thacker from Anderson Briggs was our fourth. I immediately felt we would be in safe hands and was relieved to have found someone who we were on the same page with and chose her to sell our house.
Our photos were taken by Casey, on the day we were very impressed with how quick this was done but so pleased with the outcome and how our home was marketed. We felt listened to when it came to the wording and pricing but we also trusted Millie’s judgement.
5 days after going on the market Millie did 2 viewings and we had a full asking price offer on the table which we accepted and the whole process from there was very smooth. We had direct contact with Millie throughout and she was very good at answering messages and making us feel at ease during what can normally be a stressful time.

I had 3 agents survey my property but there was just ‘something’ about Jed that made me believe I was going to be in safe hands. A realistic discussion about pricing and the sales strategy followed by some amazingly presented photos. House went on the market on the Thursday and I accepted an above advertised offer the following week. Throughout the process the team were immediately available and fully informed. It seems that the ‘something’ demonstrated by Jed transfers throughout the organisation. I bought my new house via my second choice agent and I have to say I was so pleased to be with AB - the other agent was slow to reply, consistently handed me off to uninformed staff and I felt like I was having to work to buy the house. Sat in my new home writing this review and couldn’t be happier 👏👏👏

We had a fantastic experience using this estate agent to sell our house. Their communication and service throughout the entire process were excellent. Because we have small children and pets, the idea of constant viewings was daunting, but they accommodated us by scheduling all viewings on just one day a week. This made the whole process so much easier to manage.
Even after the sale was agreed, they didn't just disappear - they have continued to provide great communication and invaluable support as we navigate the rest of the process. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Andersons were fantastic from start to finish. Jed came out a week earlier than planned to take photos (at our request). All the guys were professional and respectful of our home and subsequently posted a lovely advert. Stevie, Ella and Amelia were clear with viewing times and were always straight to reply to any queries.
There have been some hurdles, like most house buying journeys but these guys always put us at ease and chased up queries if needed. I'm sure there were times when we were being a pain but they never made us feel like we were.
Would absolutely use AB again. They have been utterly fantastic.
