From taking great pictures of our property (which helped it sell within 3 weeks), right through to pushing the chain of solicitors to completion, Anderson Briggs were instrumental in our chain completing, instead of falling through. Could not recommend Anderson Briggs Estate Agent enough! From the first phone call to book in a valuation to the day we exchanged and completed, they have kept us up to date via a WhatsApp Group chat with everyone involved. Any questions we had, we popped in the chat and someone got back to us quickly. None of this emailing, chasing, phoning and missing each other! The photos and videos showed the house in all it's glory without a stupid fisheye lens! Thank you all for your help, and getting us full asking price when other estate agents had valued our home £10,000 less!

We had struggled to sell our house in Ratby for some time. We had spoken to other estate agents who had tried. After 3 failed attempts we moved to Anderson Briggs. They were amazing! Connor was our point of contact but I can imagine they are all as good as each other! They knew the market, they knew the village and they know how to sell a houses! They kept us updated. And we sold within 3 weeks where other estate agents had failed and it had taken months! Seriously if you are considering using them. Then use them. You won’t be disappointed.
