dishonest company. The technician that came to my house tried to sell me a new compressor motor for "cash" that he just happened to have in his van. When I called the company to ask if that's how their technicians operated the basically called me a liar. I called a different company and they tested the motor and it was just fine. BEWARE of this company!

Beware of this company! I had them come out and check my a/c because it wasn't blowing cold air. They replaced a motor and some other expensive parts...cost me over $1000. The next month the same problem occurred. They basically wouldn't stand by their work and refused to fix OR refund my money. Said I could take them to small claims court. I will do just that.

I dealt with Anderson Air at my company, which had several offices and had given them some business when I thought I would have them come to my home to check the A/C. It was not blowing cold air. The technician who came told me I needed a new compressor motor. And he just happened to have one in his truck which he would install for only $400 cash. I thought this was weird so I sent him away. I had another company come out a couple of days later and they said the motor was fine. When I called Anderson to tell them of my experience they treated me like they thought I was lying. Not only that but they called the corporate office of the company I worked for and fed them a line of bs. I almost lost my job because of these idiots. All I was trying to do was fix my A/C and not get taken advantage of. Do NOT use this company! They rip off their customers. The ownership is shady at best.

Anderson Air is amazing! My AC went out today and I called them at near their closing time. They sent a tech within an hour and he fixed our unit within 20 minutes. He was clean and professional. Their pricing is very competitive. The lady who answered the phone, Renee, was super sweet and set everything up right away. She truy treated me like I was her only customer and that my problem was hers to handle. I have been a customer of theirs for over 16 years and trust no-one else in town. They NEVER up-sell anything, service or products. They are family owned and operated. They are honest and dependable. If you want to have an AC company that will treat you like family, this is it. Thank you Anderson Air for awesome service!!

Not sure about there service but one of their vehicles almost hit me on the freeway, it run into me I was lucky there was no other cars next to me or else I would of hit them too. The Van has a sticker on the back that says "How am i driving?" i called that number to report it, the lady that answer the phone didn't even care. I just hope they say something to this guy, his driving is horrible. I had my 3 year old daughter in the truck with me, it sure was scary. vehicle # 10 license # 203-YNT
