Very substandard service by Andaman bliss. Only Dhanalakshmi from Andaman Bliss was available from start of the tour to end of the tour. She addressed all complaints and problems promptly. However the vehicle management, coordinators are all pathetic. Specially coordinator - Ajith from Neil island created so many problems for us. He’s a person not to be trusted. None of the ferry tickets were window seats which was promised to us. Radhanagar complimentary Photoshoot is fine. Upgrades are not required as the editing is not very great. Also for Andaman you can book everything on own. It will be much cheaper and affordable. Every island travel(internal) is hardly 10kms. You can hire a scooty for 400-600 easily and access. Neil mostly has electric scooters, havelock and portblair are petrol scooters. There were lot of issues created by Andaman Bliss just because we did not book activities like scuba , Kayak, star gazing etc with them. Also the vehicles are limited and are not at our disposal so every location for pick and drop you have to wait a minimum of 10-15 Mins. If you have kids or are senior citizens it’s a nightmare.

From the moment we landed, their organization was impeccable. Everything, from airport transfers and hotel check-ins to ferry schedules and sightseeing, was perfectly coordinated. We didn't have to worry about a single logistical detail, which allowed us to fully relax and soak in the beauty of Havelock, Neil Island, and Port Blair. The suggested itinerary was excellent, balancing thrilling activities like snorkeling with relaxing beach time. The quality of the accommodations and transport provided was top-notch, and the staff and guides were always professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

If you want your tour to be spoilt and full of issues then book with Andaman Bliss. Only the person Dhanalakshmi who booked our tour helped us throughout in all issues. Their coordinators threaten or torture to book scuba and other activities with them in Neil and Havelock. Pls beware of Neil coordinator - Ajith. He will commit to something and then not fulfil it. We could have missed our ferry because of him. They will sell packages of Photoshoot upgrade at Radhanagar beach but don’t fall however lucrative their offers maybe because the photos and editing are poor quality. The coordinators were good in PB and Havelock. Neil one was worst. The ferries are promised to be window seats but none of them are window seats so another kind of fraud. Some drivers are really nice while some are very arrogant. Remember in Andaman you will be starting very early for sightseeing or activities so mostly you will get packed breakfast every hotel which will be very pathetic. Vehicles are not at your disposal so if you have kids or senior citizens travelling with you it will be a nightmare as they will make you wait for 15-20 mins for pick up and drop. Overall bad experience

We had an amazing experience with andaman bliss but we expected single coordinator to handle the entire trip rather then involving many people in the trip atleast a single person dedicated a couple or family would have been good apart from that everything went well thanks to the team for the experience

My coordinator for the Andaman trip, Jitesh, ensured that everything was taken care of on time. We were accommodated in excellent hotels that were very clean and hygienic. The commute was well-organized, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned to make the best use of our time. I loved the overall experience and would definitely recommend Andaman Bliss Tours. If you are planning to do Scuba in Andaman please enquir directly on arrival at Havlock Island. If you enquire with Andaman bliss they cost too much when compared to directly going to scuba centers.

One of the worst ever tour experiences for me. Lack of coordination between them. Drivers are so rash in driving and they wont stop car in between for anything. They run point to point bus. Zero customer satisfaction. They wont listen to your problems or issues you raise once you have paid the amount after reaching airport. They will make you wait for hours that we will send the cab. Very good coordination by the entire AB Team , they are very cordial friendly and professional.They were punctual in pickup and executed the trip itenary perfectly without any hassle for us. 1. Had to wait long hours for the cab to arrive at multiple occasions. I had to keep calling multiple people multiple times and ask them to send cabs. 2. On the last day, they even denied dropping us in the locations which were part of our itenery. I had to remind them of the pdf they sent me after booking, then only they agreed to drop us.
