We have a service contract with Anchor. They push us to make appointments to get periodic maintenance included in the contract, which is Good! The technician came out on time, did a thorough job, taking pictures of what he did and of any concerns he found. No pressure to spend more or replace the system, which we have experienced with other companies. Very happy!

Anchor heating and air came out and cleaned my dryer vent- it was clogged big time - jack the technician was awesome - explained everything- went on roof and and in the house to clear everything and also provided information on other services. I will be calling Anchor in the future for. Jack really was knowledgeable and went above and beyond - great tech and personable

The service and professionalism of the staff is outstanding.
Install Manager Graham solved a complicated leak situation after the new unit was installed, which was not related in any way to the new unit install but kept the system from working.
Graham didn’t stop until he found the leak, repaired it, started up the new unit and confirmed it was working. His positive attitude, calm demeanor and frequent updates were invaluable.
Anchor Heating and Air puts quality and customer service as #1 priority. I highly recommend this company.
