Anchor Foundation Repair did an awesome job on our home! Craig was very knowledgeable and walked us through the bid process, explaining anything that needed additional clarification. After we accepted the proposal, we were consistently followed up with by Leo until it was time for our repair to begin. The billing process was smooth and seamless and the crew did a great job working on our home. They were very respectful of my working from home when entering and exiting the house and tried to keep the noise level down when my baby was napping during the day. Would recommend Anchor Foundation Repair to anyone needing their foundation repaired. All around great service!

Anchor foundation goes above and beyond. It seems to be a well oiled machine. They start with an assessment and provide a thorough explanation of what they find. (I got a video with full explanation and recommendations for repair.) They were honest- initially telling me yes there were some issues, but also that I didn’t need to be alarmed. If I waited a year or two it would be fine. That was a year ago, and I called them this year to get the work done. They had all the records from the previous assessment. We could start off right where we left off! Communication was great, throughout. The work was done quicker than expected, so ended up paying less than quoted for the job. All in all- this is a great company to work with, and have no doubt I would use them again, and refer them to others.

Austin is beyond awesome. He first did a phone appointment with me after I emailed some photos of some cracks in our cement on the bottom corner of my father’s house. He sent me a very informative email and let me know that it was just cosmetic damage. I tried to explain this to my almost 96 year old veteran father but he was very confused and insisted that he needed cement and was going to repair it himself by digging trenches. I messaged Austin about my situation and graciously informed me that he would come out to our home and explain to my father. My father is now reassured due to Austin’s wonderful efforts going above and beyond to help me with my elderly father. I highly recommend this company and Austin as they are exceptionally honest and are definitely a business that can be trusted for their professional and integrity while giving the personal and human compassion and commitment that is not often seen during these times. Great work done in a timely manner!

Anchor foundation went above and beyond on repairing the foundation on our cabin. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They gave a prompt, fair assessment with well explained options and pricing. When the work began I was blown away with how communicative they were. The cabin is remote and they still managed to get there, working through chiggers and exteme heat. There was wood on the porch they removed and stacked for me. The work they did was even more thorough than proposed and so well done. I just can't say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Nika regarding foundation questions while house hunting and had the best experience! Nika was incredibly informative and helpful. The same day that I sent her an email I had a response with great articles attached as well as a phone conversation where she answered all my questions thoroughly. Job quality and service exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was the best out of the three bids I got and they are local. I hope I never have to need foundation work on my other buildings, but if I do, I will not bother getting a bid from anyone else.

Anchor did a great job on our home and I would recommend them to anyone. They returned calls, kept their appointments, stayed on schedule, and answered our questions. They listened to our input, and paid attention to our special requests. They were polite, courteous, and professional. It is rare to find contractors today that keep their word, show up on time, and return phone calls and emails promptly. Their work crew took special attention when cleaning up the job site each day and Leo called me with updates almost daily. Their work crew amazed me at how hard they worked and they took pride in what they did. We are very happy with how we were treated and with the work that was performed.
