By far the best place we stayed in the whole time in Vietnam. The location and facilities are great, but the staff is what really makes this place. The owner An helped us figure out our tour and went above and beyond so many times! Cannot recommend this place enough!

This was by far the best place we stayed in Vietnam! An and Chao were super helpful. They explained the best route and stopping points along the Ha Giang loop. When we returned for our journey, A let us try some mango, which was delicious. She even had someone pick up some mangos to take with us back to Hanoi.
I would highly recommend anyone stay here, the service and accommodations are top notch! Thank you so much An and Chao, we will miss you!

I have just arrived in Ha Giang, through a friend's introduction I booked a room here, fortunately everything was handled in a flash, I was supported to check in quickly. As soon as I pushed the door open, oh my god I was so surprised with my room, complete to every detail, clean at the highest level. They design with simple colors combined with wood but create a different elegance. I have stayed in many hotels with a higher level of stars but I can't take care of every detail like this homestay. The important thing is that the price is very affordable. If possible, I would give them more than 5 stars. I will definitely come back when I have a chance to go to Ha Giang next time.

I wish i could give it more stars. We stayed here before going on the ha giang loop (which gets cold!). And while up there at night, all we could think about was the hot showers and warm hospitality we received whilst at An An’s Home.
We would definitely stay here again, and we’ve ended up here again after the loop as we wind down. They’ve also kindly organised our bus back to Hanoi.

Mes amis et moi avons passé une super expérience, je recommande sans hésiter! Les chambres sont top, les lits confortables, la salle de bain est spacieuse, tout est propre.
Il y a des jeux de société à disposition, l’espace commun est super cocooning, et les filles sont super accueillante et souriante! Nous y avons également bien manger, petit déjeuner et repas au sein de l’établissement ! C’était top merci à elles.

From the moment we arrived at Anans Home we were given a very friendly tour. We spent 3 days travelling the Ha Giang Loop in a jeep with 3 amazing travelling companions. We want to thank Kitten our guide, Tony our photographer and Tuan our driver from the bottom of our heart for looking after us so well and giving us so many amazing Vietnamese experiences. It was the most incredible journey, with beautiful scenery, traditional cultural experiences and food along with three of the loveliest human beings to look after us every step of the way.
On returning we were treated to a lovely surprise by our hosts at Anans Home. They had decorated our room and made us a beautiful cake for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was such a kind thing to do. We appreciated everything about this trip and highly recommend Anans Home and all of the staff.

Quiet location so you can get a great sleep.
An, the owner, was super helpful with getting me exactly the type of Hai Giang Tour that I wanted at a very reasonable price.
The room was very clean, spacious, and the interior design was so tasteful and pleasant.
And the food and friendly service well, you couldn’t ask for more. They treat you like family.

La chambre sentait fortement l'humidité, et mon copain s'est même réveillé en pleine nuit à cause d'un cafard sur la joue??
Le petit-déjeuner était annoncé à 6h30. Nous avions réservé la veille un taxi pour 7h à la réception donc nous étions censés avoir le temps d'en profiter, d'autant plus qu'il était déjà payé. Mais entre 6h30 et 7h, personne n'était présent.
Très, très décevant. Dommage pour un établissement bien noté sur booking

We stayed one night before starting the Ha Giang loop.In a quiet location away from the city, the rooms are spotless and the staff very helpful.They took care of booking our Ha Giang loop and we were able to take a shower on our way back before taking our night bus.

Schönste Unterkunft die wir in Vietnam hatten! Die Location sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, Zimmer und Garten mit Liebe ins Detail und sogar nachhaltig (und das in Vietnam…). Roller konnten wir auch von hier mieten, unsere Weiterreise wurde organisiert und unser Gepäck konnten wir hier auch lagern, während wir den Ha Gian Loop gefahren sind. Essen auch top! Wenn wir mehr Zeit hätten würden wir gern länger bleiben. 💖

We loved our stay at An An’s Home.
The rooms are modern, beautifully decorated, clean and have very comfortable beds. We stayed in the King room, which was lovely and spacious.
We rented a motorbike for 7 days directly with An An’s to do the Ha Giang and Cao Bang loop. All their bikes and safety gear were in fantastic condition - the best we’ve had in Vietnam over the two months we’ve been travelling here.
The location is slightly out of town, but this wasn’t a problem as there are free bicycles you can use which was great way to get around. The restaurant is also great, so you don’t need to leave if you don’t want to!
We also booked our return bus to Hanoi through An’s, which was clean and comfortable.
We think An’s home is the perfect base to start and finish your Ha Giang adventure - we didn’t want to leave!
A big thank you to Chau (I hope I spelt your name right!) and team for a wonderful stay and making us feel at home!

Highly recommend! I rent a room with garden view, it's a lovely room. Clean and new facilities. I arrived this Home in late afternoon and had a warm welcome from the owner. This home also provides mini bar, motors rental and Ha Giang Loop services. A good place to having holliday with family and friends❤️
