Hi Sophie, it was a pleasure meeting you and your son. I want to apologise for the wait. We typically run on schedule as we respect our guests' time, but we failed to live up to that and that's on me. Thank you for the feedback as we are constantly working on being better every day.

Dr. Brian is an excellent orthodontist. Despite his busy practice, he listened and addressed the questions and concerns I raised during my treatment. His staff were all professional and always had a happy disposition when I came in for my appointments. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice. Thank you!
I had my first orthodontic consultation today and was very impressed with the entire experience. The office was welcoming, clean, and organized. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The orthodontist took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail throughout the consultation. Everything was explained clearly, including the expected results, timeline, and costs.
I left feeling confident and well-informed about my treatment plan. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering orthodontic care.
I have loved my time at The Hills Orthodonics office. Dr. Luong is kind, happy to help & he is excellent in his field. The staff is amazing & very helpful. I feel I have received excellent care from the time I began with them & now as I have been back to update my retainers. I am so happy with my results! I sincerely recommend The Hill’s Orthodontics!!
I don’t even recognize this place compared to when I first started.
What used to be a smooth, professional, and welcoming office has turned into a completely disorganized mess. The difference is honestly shocking. Back then, Kara at the front desk kept everything running efficiently. She communicated clearly, followed up, and made sure patients actually understood what was going on.
Now? It feels like no one has any idea what they’re doing.
Communication is terrible. Every single time I ask a question, I’m met with confusion like my situation has never been seen before. I have to repeat myself over and over, and even then I get different answers depending on who I talk to. There’s no consistency, no accountability, and zero sense of coordination.
Ever since Kara was fired so they could replace her with family members, the entire office has gone downhill fast. The lack of professionalism is obvious, and it shows in every interaction. It feels poorly managed and completely unorganized.
At this point, I’m only sticking it out because I’ve already put too much time and money into my treatment to walk away. If I could go back, I would never choose this office again.
I would strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you want to deal with constant frustration and a staff that clearly isn’t on the same page.
