I really enjoyed my visit to Amsale. My sales associate, Letta, could not have been nicer and more attentive. I went with my mom, MOH, and friend and she made the experience so interactive and fun. Not to mention, the dresses are incredible and the attention to detail is unmatched. They also have their seamstress’s in the same building and all alterations are done in house, which I found super unique and special. Overall I love my experience here and loved working with Letta! Definitely add Amsale to your bridal dress search if you haven’t already.

I had a great experience at Amsale shopping for a bridesmaids dress. Apri Brown helped me shop and made my experience extra special. I wasn’t sure what style I wanted to wear but based on my preferences she picked out a handful of dresses that she thought I would like. Thanks to Apri I found the perfect dress!

My sister and I had SUCH a good experience shopping here with Alla. She listened so carefully to my sister regarding both venue and what she was looking for in the dress. She was directive and opinionated without being pushy or at all overbearing. We love her!!! The vibe in the store is so great as well, and lots of affordable dresses. Obsessed!!!

What made my Amsale experience truly unforgettable was our sales associate, Letta. I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She helped me find my dream dress, suggested adding the bow (which ended up being the most gorgeous finishing touch!), and went above and beyond to make sure the dress fit me absolutely perfectly. I also gave her an incredibly tight timeline — less than eight weeks — and somehow, she made it happen. She never once made me feel stressed or like I was asking too much. Throughout the entire process, I continued to reach out with questions and nerves, and Letta was endlessly patient and reassuring. She always made me feel like everything was going to be taken care of — and it was. Beyond being amazing at what she does, Letta is just the most endearing, warm, and genuine person. You can tell how much she truly cares, and having her throughout such an important and emotional experience meant more to me than I can say. I already feel so lucky that I got to wear an Amsale dress on my wedding day, but I feel even luckier that Letta was my associate. She was an absolute dream to work with, and I will forever be grateful to her for making the entire experience — and my dress — so perfect.

The best bridal experience ever(my friends who just bought their wedding dresses also felt the same). The entire staff was amazing and made the entire experience so special. I found my dress and bought my dress here, partly because of how amazing the staff was. My stylist Alexandra was the most helpful and kindest person. I highly recommend looking for your dress here because it’s the most fun place of all of them!

It is difficult to discern a great bridal boutique; many in New York have strong reviews that are not always well deserved. Having been to other similarly rated studios, I can confidently say that Amsale is a long-standing luxury bridal boutique for good reason. By a stroke of great fortune, Alla was the stylist available when I first booked an appointment at Amsale. Alla made my entire experience at Amsale unforgettable. She took genuine time to get to know me, and when guests joined my later appointments, she extended that same warmth to them too. She has a perfect balance of professionalism and personal connection, gives honest opinions you can trust, and there’s an immediate comfort with her. It feels like the relationship existed long before you walked into Amsale and it continues long after. I also had the pleasure of meeting Neil, Amsale’s husband, which made the experience even more special. The other stylists in the salon are wonderful too (this is not to be taken for granted, having been to other boutiques in SoHo / Tribeca). The whole atmosphere is so comforting that you genuinely want to spend time there, not just rush through an appointment. Alla is truly gifted at what she does. I couldn’t recommend her, and Amsale, more highly.

I had such a great experience at Amsale. My stylist, Alla, was so kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout the process. Even though I didn't have a clear vision coming into the appointment, Alla picked dresses that fit my style and looked gorgeous on my body type. It's worth mentioning that I didn't feel well during the appointment, and she even followed up with me later to see how I was feeling. She's a true professional, and you are in good hands with her!

I worked with Gianna (Gia) Walker in the Soho location to find my mother of the bride dress and she was fantastic! At my in-person meeting to try on dresses, she shared thoughtful suggestions and perspectives from her experience and knowledge of the Amsale inventory. Afterward, she patiently worked with me over a two-month period to narrow in on the perfect dress, in the perfect color so it wouldn't detract the bridesmaids, and in the correct size for me. She also helped me find a tailor to do alterations in my city. I feel confident in my selection and I am excited to see my dress! Thank you Gia!

Horrible experience overall! I have 10 days until my wedding and 4 of my bridesmaids dresses have not came in. It’s very frustrating and even more so because it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone. I feel as so they do not take me seriously and can never get a straight answer over the phone.

I had a fantastic experience finding my wedding dress at Amsale with the help of Alla. She was extremely kind and helpful. She allowed my friends and I to take our time on each dress, even suggesting to try on my top dresses multiple times to compare. The boutique was beautiful and spacious, with multiple private areas. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and felt luxurious in quality. The whole experience made my day feel special and fun. I was so happy to find my dress here!

I had the most calming, luxury experience at Amsale. The second you walk in, the entire space feels serene and grounded, unlike any other bridal gown store I visited. It instantly put me at ease. I worked with Jenna and truly cannot say enough good things about her. As someone who is very indecisive, she walked me through every thought and hesitation with so much patience and care. There was zero pressure at any point, which made the experience feel thoughtful and personal rather than rushed or transactional. What stood out even more was that the experience did not end in the showroom. Jenna took multiple phone calls and FaceTimes with me as I continued to think through my decision, even after hours and before I had officially said yes to the dress. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a bridal experience that feels calm, elevated, and deeply personal, I cannot recommend Amsale and Jenna enough.
