Rich was so incredibly helpful and very friendly too! I'm in the US but he was able to help me from across the world over FB messages. I had broken my wordpress site by incorrectly loading a plugin, and I was about to just overwrite the wordpress files with fresh ones in the hopes that would fix it. He knew what I needed to do to fix it without needing tons of details from me, gave me easy instructions, and with one click of a button my site was fixed! I could not have figured this out on my own, I have basic enough knowledge to create a wordpress site but this was knowledge I don't have. He knows his stuff!

Thanks Sara. Appreciate the kind words. Location doesn't matter as we can fix remotely or with instructions. The errors you faced can occur when changing DNS settings but it's never nice when the site disappears on you! Glad we could help and good luck with the online shop!
