Thank you so much for reaching out on a promotion we were running on deep cleans. Unfortunately, you were calling for a recurring clean which requires doing the deep clean first. The first visit traditionally takes a bit more work to get things up to speed and ready for a recurring clean rotation. The ballpark you received from us isn't what a recurring cleaning would cost. The ballpark is a low and a high end to give you an idea of where you would likely fall in between. Taking into account the details of your property. That's usually the next step folks take if they feel like their budget falls into the ballpark we give them. It sounds like the ballpark was not in the range that you were interested in paying and we totally understand that we're not the right fit for everyone and that's totally okay.

Typically the next step to dial in the final cost is understanding all the things you want done. We then work on two quotes. One on the first initial deep clean visit and then the second is what you'd like done recurring to maintain the home on the following visits moving forward. Quite often there are things done on an initial visit that are more seasonally done than on every recurring visit thereafter. So with a larger scope of work on the first visit, the price will be more. If you would have moved forward to that next step of giving us more information we would have been able to give you a more exact cost for each service (initial visit and the recurring) based on specific scopes of work that you were going to want done. If you feel we misunderstood your needs for cleaning and the amount would be less than that ballpark, please let us know, we would love to continue the discovery steps to be of help with your cleaning needs.

We do tend to cost more than say your individual independent cleaners and some other companies. Our prices include not only paying our team well to attract and retain long term amazing quality people. We also invest in their personal and professional growth. It's also extremely important to us to be properly insured to protect clients personal belongings and property, because accidents can happen. We also make sure our team is protected with workmans comp should there be an accident or injury on your property. If the lowest price is the most important part of how you decide which companies to work with, due to our overhead costs of running our business the way we've built it, based on our Mission, Visions and Values, we would not be the right fit. We can certainly point you in the right direction for finding other options if cost is your primary deciding factor.
