Just completed my first boudoir photoshoot earlier today. It was an amazing experience! Marina is awesome to work with! From start to finish, she made the shoot a lot of fun!
The boudoir experience is the best celebration that you can have for yourself. This is something that I plan on doing again in the future!

Well...I took a last minute opening... only had about 5 days to prepare....all of my questions were answered promptly.. was I nervous?? yes.... was I put at ease immediately? yes!!! Marina is the absolute best.....She is gorgeous herself and has the personality to match!!!all I can say is I felt absolutely beautiful and empowered..I was guided every step of the way...nothing but 5 stars all the way. from the beginning of initial contact from Amanda.. { thank you} My spouse.. always said he wasn't particularly fond of lingerie..but after I sent him a sneak peak.. he asked.. " where's the rest !!! I had some images in more modest attire { per my comfort level} ....I guess I'll have to book another shoot and show off more lingerie!!!! very highly recommend Marina and her team!!!! Just do it!!!!
This was for sure one of the best experiences I could have chosen for myself! As soon as I got there we were ready to work! Marina completed an amazing hair and makeup look and also hand selected from the client closet sets and accessories that she thought would enhance the experience. She also let me go through the closet myself and made sure I didn’t leave without taking a picture with every piece I personally liked! Marina was very quick, professional, provided comfort and structure during the shooting visit. I felt like I took shots in so many options from posing with angel wings to posing in a bathtub! Marina showed me a few shots from her camera as she was shooting and they already looked stunning! Tomorrow I get to see the final photos and cannot wait to see how they turned out! Truly wonderful relaxing feel good experience!
I had never thought I would be one to do a boudoir, but when the giveaway came up, I put my name in and was chosen! Then the nerves and disbelief came. Marina and I grew up together and I have been so intrigued on what her and her team does. It was like old times, we talked and caught up while she did my hair and makeup. The entire time she made sure I was comfortable and felt like myself. As someone who struggles with my self-image especially after having my two girls so close together, she knew how to work with my insecurities. As I was definitely brand new, I let her choose what she thought would look good for outfits. I started out more conservative and then towards the end, I showed more of myself, maybe the inner beast that doesn’t typically come out! Marina coached me every pose and we laughed throughout! She was so respectful and reassuring through the whole thing! At the end I was in her wings, and I felt so confident! She took the time, she was real and honest with me, she calmed down my fears and insecurities even when they started to creep back in, she was there! During the photo review, she showed me all of the pictures and took all the time with me that I needed. My body is not where it was prior to having babies but through the experience, I was able to see a beautiful woman! Thank you Marina and your team for all you bring to not only your community but also the confidence you bring to the women that walk through your door!
If you're nervous about this experience don't be. Dive in head first and don't look back, you're about to look and feel like the most beautiful version of yourself you've ever seen. (Men don't hesitate either) And yes that is you in the photos! From the second you say yes, you start a beautiful hand in hand journey with Monarch beginning with a brief break down phone call describing everything for you, they answer any and all questions you may have and reassure all insecurities. From there you receive a Prep guide, be sure to follow that prep guide. They thought of everything to ensure you have the easiest and most comfortable experience. The day of the shoot, don't bother being nervous. From the welcoming environment to the friendly and encouraging Mariana and her staff, you are immediately going to relax and transform into your Monarch self (with help of your favorite music playlist of course). The client closet is so large you can show up with nothing but yourself, the help that I received and the outfits turned out stunning. My makeup I wore all day following my shoot because I felt so beautiful. When your shoot is done that's just the beginning. Going to view your images is again set up to be the easiest and most comfortable experience. They have truly thought of everything and are the most accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful studio. If you are looking to feel and look like your best self look no further than Monarch Boudoir. Don't wait until tomorrow to decide you're ready, I know I'm glad I didn't. Monarch will help you see you are beautiful today ❤️
10/10 definitely would recommend. Such a liberating experience, the ladies made me feel so comfortable! From Starlyn doing my makeup and being an up lifting lady who helped ease the tension and made the experience more pleasant to Marina who gave me the confidence and guidance with posing to make me feel beautiful as can be!

First off I need to mention the OUTFITS!!! I came with nothing, because that’s one part of choosing this studio is I wanted to not have to worry about shopping for outfits. And let me tell you EVERY LOOK SLAYED. I was so happy with the whole experience. I even got out of my comfort zone and tried on amazing custom made pieces that truly made me feel like a monarch. I had such an amazing experience here, from getting glammed up to having Marina guide me through every pose and creating such a safe space to take the layers off.

I just did my second boudoir photo shoot in Massena. It was a blast! Marina made sure I was totally at ease and comfortable as she guided me through a myriad of poses. She coordinated several outfits for my photo shoot and they were super flattering! I felt sexy, yet not skanky. I looked glamorous and ultra-feminine but with just a hint of naughtiness when appropriate. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a photo shoot with Marina!
Star was wonderful doing my makeup and hair. She chatted, played music and helped me feel less nervous. When it was time to do the photos, Marina was very good at directing my poses and made me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful. I haven’t seen the photos yet but if they are as good as I felt during my session I’m sure they will be awesome!

I was cheerfully greeted by my hair and makeup artist. To be honest I was sick to my stomach walking in, ready to back out.
Then I remembered I am here for the transformation. If it doesn’t scare you then you’re playing too small. She made me feel comfortable and assured me that I would love it when I was done. The transformation had begun.
By the time hair and makeup was done I was at ease. When the photographer arrived she too assured me that I can do whatever I was comfortable with. During my photo shoot I was feeling good about myself and my body.
I had a great time and would recommend anyone to do it.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Marina, Amanda, and the whole team at A Million Monarchs! I gifted myself with a Boudoir photo shoot after my divorce as a way to celebrate my strength and resilience. The team does an amazing job sending lots of helpful information before the session so that you know what to expect. There is open communication with staff throughout the entire process which helped to alleviate any anxiety I was feeling beforehand. When I arrived at the studio, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. Marina was very respectful and made me feel so comfortable and confident. I was able to view my photos a few days afterwards, and I was blown away by how beautiful they were. The ordering process was super easy- the hardest part is having to narrow down the photos, because they are all so good! The dark glamour photography stands alone and is like nothing else I have seen. I am beyond happy that I chose A Million Monarchs for my boudoir photoshoot and would choose them again in a heartbeat.
