Honeymooning in Venice was everything we imagined, and Lucinda at AMI Group played a major role. She arranged a beautiful canal-side hotel and handled all flights and transfers seamlessly. My Istanbul getaway with AMI Group Travel was beyond my expectations! Lucinda was my account manager, and she made everything effortless. From visa assistance to picking the best neighborhood for my stay. What impressed me the most was how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were. You could tell the agency had great relationships with their local partners. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home — from daily breakfast surprises to helpful tips about the city. Istanbul was stunning, and thanks to Lucinda’s thoughtful planning, I got to enjoy it without a single worry. Highly recommend!

I am very much disappointed in the kind of service and being ignored several times after not being issued tickets for our Bali trip for me and my husband. I am now on medication because of the conditions I got because of the sleepless nights I am having because of being taken advantage of by AMI.
