Best Trip ever with AMI Travel and Tours We are having so much fun here, thanks to AMI. The level of care, concern and commitment we have received from AMI Travel from leaving Johannesburg up to our arrival in Turkey is exceptionally excellent. We have never been treated this way by any Travel Agency. We got updated regularly through WhatsApp, constant follow ups on our daily activities, Driver taking us for all our excursions and bringing us back to our Hotel. Everything is just amazing, we won't lie. AMI Travel and Tours is making Traveling more fun and amazing. Can't recommend them enough. PS: Communication with them from the beginning was very terrible, but at the end, we are having the best trip ever.

The responses are easy to understand and articulate options if applicable. They do provide excellent service at all levels. Scammers!!!! Do not trust this agency. Booked for my mum and her sisters. They have not given my refund since October 2023. Filled in all the paperwork and send in all the documentation. No response!!!!

AMI Travel and Tours is the best Travel Agency Our experience with AMI so far had been great. From the beginning, I was very scared to book their Cairo package, especially how affordable it was. My husband, was the one who did the research and later told me, we can make the booking, there's nothing to be afraid of, everything he saw online was normal like any Travel Agency. I was still skeptical, so I asked him to book only for he and I. I am honestly, hurt that we couldn't come with the kids, because AMI handled everything very professionally for us. Their constant follow-ups, and updates are insane. From the Airport to the Hotel, was fantastic. Upon arrival at the Hotel, a wine in the room, with a mini buffet specifically prepared for us, due to our arrival time, just for us to have something to eat before going to bed. My Consultant Tanaka really planned this trip like she was coming on it. Everything is well organized, arrange and on point. I can't think of a better and well organized vacation then this. It's absolutely amazing. We are just in day three of our vacation, but have already booked two additional trips this year with Tanaka. We will explore the world, with AMI Travel, they are really affordable.

From Paris, thanks to AMI Travel and Tours Visiting Paris became a reality with AMI Travel and Tours. Their Consultants are very respectful and knowledgeable. From our first encounter with them on Whatsapp, to our Visa Applications, securing our visas, and getting our tickets, everything went smoothly. We can't wait to visit Disneyland Paris this weekend, as part of our free excursions tickets. Finally in Canada. Thanks to AMI Group AMI Group, a one-stop shop for our international aspirations. This is due to the fact that the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and seasoned. They consistently provide updates on the various options at our disposal and the developments occurring in the immigration process. They exert appropriate pressure on us to ensure that we do not overlook any opportunity that we may come to regret later. However, I would like to emphasize to all that AMI's role is limited to providing guidance and support. While they will assist in clarifying the process and keeping you informed, you are ultimately responsible for completing the necessary documentation and other related tasks. (You need to submit required documents, don't expect them to rush around universities to get transcripts, ECA, etc for you). They will maintain your profile active and available for pickup by handling profile submission and other immigration-related tasks after you have submitted the required documents. In conclusion, when compared to the majority of reputable consultants, AMI Group simply dominates this endeavor. Regarding my individual experience, I was initially allocated Trokon; thereafter, in October 2023, I believe Tanaka assumed the role of my personal account manager. She has demonstrated exceptional and remarkable performance in her profession. One aspect that I particularly admire about her is the persistent manner in which she follows up with the client, persisting even in cases where the client fails to provide punctual responses. She has been promptly notifying me of any new processes or tasks that I am required to complete in relation to them. Her responses to my emails and WhatsApp communications were consistently prompt. She clarifies and explains everything with great patience and ensures that I have fully grasped it. Due to her assistance, I was able to obtain my Canadian PR via the Express Entry System and am writing this review from Canada today. AMI Group comes highly recommended for your Canada PR needs.

Very efficient service...and affordable I booked multi-city trip including Hotel (Amsterdam, Paris, Rome and Dubai) for a family of four with Tanaka, from AMI Travel South Africa. I had never booked with them before, so was unsure what to expect. Tanaka was extremely efficient, getting back to us within 24 hours, and tickets issued within 5 days of making full payment. Booking a a multi-city ticket can be complicated and not easy to do on the airline sites....booking with AMI Travel took away the stress and also saved us about R58,000 compared to going direct with the airline or other Travel Agencies that quoted us. I will be using them for our next multi-city vacation and would recommend this company highly.

Germany Job Seeker Visa Approved It was a very good experience with AMI team for my Germany Job seeker Visa right from the beginning till end they had been very supportive with proper guidance with appropriate inputs might be related to the Visa interview/Job Marketing Etc. Once again am very thankful to AMI Group team for their time and support during my visa process and helping me to obtain the desired outcome. I am also very thankful to Trokon in preparing me for the visa interview which made the Visa approval very successful.

Rahim has been truly helpful in finding the right flight schedule for us. We had a good and positive experience with Rahim as first timers. We got everything we paid for, and he's constantly checking in on us daily, ensuing we are ok. He even asked if the hotel is comfortable for our stay, if not, he would upgrade our room, or get us a different hotel, at no extra cost. He provided us fee transport yesterday, for one of our sightseeing. He's like our personal travel assistant. His professionalism, patience and good customer service is highly commendable. However, few times I had issues with his communication and got disappointed, as he took days to reply to my messages. I will have to point that out, but his 5 star is well deserving, because his poor communication never harm us in anyway. I have already booked 2 more holidays, and of course, I am going with Rahim again as my Agent. Try him out, you might regret the communication, but you will never regret the trip. Thanks Lovemore

I am such a fan of AMI Travel and Tour. When something goes wrong, they fix it immediately. Our flight got 8 hours delay, which would have affected our arrival time for my daughter’s wedding. I communicated with Tanaka and was so much frustrated because we had no other option, then to wait. After my call with Tanaka, about 13 mins later, she called me back on WhatsApp to tell me that, she just booked me on the next available flight to New York, on Virgin Atlantic, so I need not to worry. I was shocked, and asked her what the cost was, she said no, it was on the company I shouldn’t worry about that. They will claim the compensation directly from the airline for the delay and inconvenience. I was like, really, because no Travel Agency has done that for me before girl. Even the group I was with, when I told them my Travel Agency, booked me on the next departing flight for free, they all immediately asked me for me travel agency name and started googling lol, because it was surprising to everyone. At that moment, I felt so proud of myself, and said to myself, yeh, I am dealing with the best travel agency in the world. I made it to my daughter’s wedding, all thanks to Tanaka and the AMI Travel team. We will not only re-book, but we will continue to book our trips through AMI Travel because we were treated so well.

Effective customer service Very happy with the customer service immediate assistance! They helped me with my Cairo hotel booking and change the dates of our flights from the initial dates booked for the trip, which was such a relief! Unlike other Travel Agencies, it was done at no extra cost. Our vacation went as planned, and it's finally good to be back, without any issue at all.
